    The purchase of this iPad completed the final box on my daughter’s birthday list. The product was everything we expected it to be but the most important part was the customer service I received while shopping for this item. I’m not tech savvy but the rep was able to answer all my questions and I left reassured that I was purchasing the perfect product for my daughter.

    This is the sixth iPad we have gotten for our Grandson. He is eleven and has autism. He loves his iPad and uses it all the time. He does school work on it and likes to watch his favorite movies. Definitely recommend

    For those who just want a simple media device and don't need all the bells and whistles (and price tag) of the top of the line stuff, this is the way to go. My mom shops online, light banking, and mostly just social media and she chose this over the iPad air/pro models because of the home button. She doesn't need much else so this is perfect for her.

    The iPad is vastly improved from my last one and much more user friendly, it took me a few days to get used to the different functions and navigation of my information. I was a little surprised to see it converted my MS documents to Win.data; I believe I can fix it by adding the Outlook app to it.

    I purchased a new Apple Tablet last week. This week I had a Geek Squad set it up for me. The experience was exceptional, I could not be happier. It took about 30 minutes, but was well worth the $39.99 I paid. My new table is better than I expected. The screen is brighter and sharper than my old Apple Tablet which lasted 7 years. Thank you Best Buy and Apple.

    I love it. The only thing I was better is the camera quality.But on the other hand this iPad has been very useful especially with it comes to my school..I don’t have to carry a laptop around because my iPad has replaced 94% of the time
