Product was in pristine condition. Had charger cable, and owners manual. Exactly what I wanted, at exactly the price I was looking for. Product isn’t old, and is updated with the newest software. Can’t tell the difference between brand new and refurbished.

My granddaughter was very happy. She had a very happy Christmas. Even with the mistake of sending an package without her tablet in it.
