Purchased for my wife as replacement for older IPad…she loves it.

Great Christmas gift. I was able to order online and have the owner pick it up. No complaints.

It's pretty. It arrived relatively quickly. It came in the original box with (so far as I know) all the original papers and parts. That's the good part - all of it. So far, I've not been able to use it because it refused to complete the setup process, and then decided it already had a passcode... that I don't know. After two days of trying and an hour on the phone with Apple support, it was decided I had to go buy a lightening-to-USB-A cable and use my laptop to restore it (this was not included; support seemed to think it was). That's not working so well, either. Initially it said the software download would take 3 hours - so I went to dinner. Came back, it's no longer detecting the iPad, and the iPad it doing the 'unavailable' bit again. I've re-started it twice now, and after about fifteen minutes, it kicks out and stops. Tomorrow I will call support again. Were I to go ten days in the past, knowing what I know now - I wouldn't touch it. The hours of my life are finite - and infinitely precious to me. This is not how I wish to spend them.

Main use is for drawing, works wonderfully! No complaints. With apple pencil it is amazing. Apple should really make these water resistant though. Best price at Best Buy.

I love my iPad I carry it with me to work & when I use it for music it makes my Bluetooth speaker really loud it was definitely worth the money!!

Gets the job done but the screen is very big, I think I will switch to an iPad mini

Best Buy had $100 off the 9th generation IPad and it is everything I need but it keeps resetting in the middle of scrolling and sometimes doesn’t respond to my finger. I’ll be taking it back soon as it is only two weeks new

Need not comment on apple products. I have been using apple since 10 years and it’s getting better and better every year.

The ipad showed up with a huge crack across the screen, despite being marked excellent condition. The box was beat up and there was barely any protective packaging (the ipad was legit sliding around in the box), so finding a broken ipad inside was unsurprising. I took it to an actual store to try and get it replaced but I ended up having to spend an extra $20 plus a bunch of tax because they didn’t have any open box options (the employees were nice about it). I don’t blame the employees for this, because bestbuy has its policies that they have to follow, but as a corperation, expecting the customer to fill in the difference because the ipad broke because yall as a corperation decided to cut corners with cheap packaging is crazy to me. That’s the last purchase I’ll make from bestbuy. I have ordered multiple electronics from other websites over the years with no issues, but the moment I give bestbuy a shot, it arrives broken. Thank you for reminding me why I avoid bestbuy at all cost.

Screen is good but after using it for a couple of months the battery is not as good as it was

Went to exchange for the 10th generation. I really like the 9th generation however i wanted s bigger screen. Couldnt exchange since its Black Friday even though I was already there and 4 people could have helped me (no line at 10:15). Will be returning and purchasing at Target for $30 cheaper. Appreciate the help.

Great iPad but missing some features like magnetic Apple Pencil charging that would be nice.

It’s an older iPad 9th gen. Nothing to review you don’t already know about it being that old. The 2 star is more for Best Buy and it’s customer service. That giant store and no workers to be found. I literally stood there for 15 minutes looking desperate for help, people walking by me no one asking if I needed any help. Finally someone asks if I need anything without me going in search of an employee besides back at the front registers. 20 minutes later (35 minutes total 1 item). I get to check out. It reminds me of the closing final days of Fry’s Electronics.
