Good, friendly for first time user of an ipad. User friendly. The design is attractive and colorful. It easily catches the eye. I like the feature of sincing it with my iphone. The arrangement of the keypad and other icons on the screen are conveniently placed. This also makes it easy for an elderly beginning user to learn quickly and become proficient at its use. Another feature I like is its ability to receive calls from my iphone and I talk with the caller. I know this Apple ipad was a good choice for me, a beginning user.

Was exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. Best Buy techs all understood my specific needs and didnt try to sell me a higher end tablet. I am not an Apple person, but the iPad far outperforms the competition and is an intuitive system to learn.

Exactly what I needed for streaming music and videos. 64GB is perfect if you don't plan on storing too much, and do mostly streaming. The screen looks great for movies and shows. Runs very smooth when running standard apps.

I replaced my 5th gen w/32 GB with my new 9th gen 64GB. I love the bigger screen, faster response, just everything about it. The price was awesome as well! Thank you Best Buy!

Purchased for family member who’s been in the hospital for over a month. Had cataracts & almost deaf, which makes viewing 24” tv, mounted across the room, impossible to hear or see CC. Offers various hearing options with adjustable fonts & positioning. Allows you to create your own. The 10.2” screen is large enough fir her to view programs or play games. She has Android phone & struggles seeing the screen to text. Switching her to iPhone. Once synced, she’ll have the ability to use iPad for texting. Its a WIN-WIN!

My husband has big fingers, to use the phone was harder for him. The Apple iPad is the best thing ever for him. He can see bigger and use this big fingers with no problems.

It's an apple, what more do you need to say. Great quality and design. A little time is needed to understand operations and icons, helps to have a younger generation person to help set it up and walk you through its operations.

This iPad is great! has enough storage for my need. The speed it great! Very easy to use. The only down fall is it has the button.

So far I’ve had this iPad for about a month now and I love it multitasking is a whole level up. Creativity is Unleashed with an Apple Pencil and and other products. Camera quality is a bit fuzzy especially on the front facing camera and would not film video for anything special . Center stage is a game changer for FaceTime and work calls. Great sound quality and okay audio input. Overall great iPad definitely recommend buying this over a galaxy tab or fire tablet

Most people want a M4 iPad but only 1% of iPad users can actually use its functionality. Buy this or the 10th gen now, and if you think you need Apple Intelligence features, sell this and buy the 11th gen iPad when it drops later this year or next year. It will still be cheaper than buying an iPad Air. If you want your first iPad this or the 10th gen are the one to get. They will last you until 2029 or 2030. If you are a kid in school, this iPad is perfect for you. I use these for work and they are great. It works, it looks good, it’s good to watch movies, the Apple Pencil works great. Drawing is great on it. I use it for work which requires using the iPad and using the Apple Pencil for about 4 plus hours daily. I watch YouTube on it when using for fun and work how to videos. Probably the best performing iPad for 95% of users. People who need Apple Intelligence features starting winter 2024. iPad Pro - 1% of users, people who get paid to use their iPad. iPad mini - kids under 12, people who want to read on an iPad, people with enough money to buy a mini and the 10th gen.

It's a basic iPad so nothing much has changed over the years but still an awesome product. Can't go wrong at the price point either.
