apple products just always work. i never understood the hype and tho i’m not an “apple fanboy” i do believe their products are good and stand up over time. those that have problems - i don’t understand how those people are using them. this was a birthday gift for someone and they’re going to use the heck out of it and it’s going to be awesome. i love mine. bestbuy was running a competitive sale and i didn’t hesitate. the new ones have more colors and might be a little faster - but these are already fast. nice size screen too. feels nice in your hand - not fragile. try it!!

It works exactly as expected, the design is sleep, and the screen is great, especially when watching videos. I primarily use it for managing my apple card account, and for controlling my smart home devices.

Everything is great. My nephew loves it. It was easy to get started. The quality of the picture is great. Excellent screen size. No problems so far.

Best Buy in Oswego is one on a short list of stores whose products that I buy are of high quality, and work great without any problems; this iPad lives up to that. What I really like about buying expensive gadgets from a well-known retail store like Best Buy is the 100% confidence that the products are indeed new, and no shady business is invovled such as getting a used product repackaged as new... or from some unknown 3rd party e-commerce company fufilling orders for online retailers delivering slightly different products vs in-store purchases. Ex: I ordered an Apple charger from Walgreens because it could be delivered in 2 hours... but I noticed it was made in India, instead of China like all the official Apple chargers at walk-in stores. (Made in India official Apple branded chargers are well known to overheat, and die prematurely.) I drove to the actual store the following day to exchange it for a Made in China charger. That stuff never happens at a retail store like Best Buy. The battery life is a little disappointing... but no fault of Best Buy's. Also, it might need time to work itself out... as can occur on any new mobile device.

Affordable and powerful. Very good and dynamic gadget. I use it for Zwift, browse when I'm home and it's very useful on trips. Good battery.

I am simply amazed and blown away by this product along with the compatible Smart Keyboard. Display is sharp and clear. Processing is so quick, no more hang-ups! I am very pleased with this product overall for email, internet, games, music, streaming, reading, etc., but also thrilled I can also use Microsoft Excel/Word for work when away from home. I bought this iPad to replace an older version and instead of a laptop or a MacBook (which I don’t really “need” since I have a Mac) and I am happy I did. Highly recommend!

Had an older mini iPad before and getting this iPad is such a great replacement. The size is perfect. The picture color is brilliant and bright. Can upload additional apps that could not upload before. Speed is much better.

Honest review bought it for my 5 year old son’s birthday gift because it was on sale only $250 . For first couple of weeks I didn’t pay attention to it thought $250 iPad not be that great but last week my wife told me new iPad is working really great and faster and she started working to use it for our office work specially size of the device and clarity really .if you really looking for new iPad for office work and personal use this is highly recommended don’t think twice close your eyes and just order it

This is a great addition to our devices. Its sleek and elegant with the retina features. Its the right size and we use it in the kitchen for recipes, streaming on netflix, take it on travel. Our older ipad (like 10 years old) is no longer usable. So this is a great upgrade at a very good price. No regrets

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! I mostly decided to buy this product because of the low price. upon handling the product, it's fantastic and very user friendly. I can't think of using any other tabs in the future.

great speedy iPAD. this was what i was looking for at a good price. its as fast as my iPhone with a bigger screen for the kids. has enough processing and storage for most of their school from home programs.

Very good device for the price. Screen is larger than the last model, the storage capacity is also larger on the base model, and the performance is pretty good with the new chip. I personally think this is the only apple iPad worth it's price.

I bought this for my husband to use during his Chemo. He loves it!! Nice size, great screen and easy to transport!!
