Huge upgrade from older ipad pro. M1 is so smooth. There is zero lag. Very responsive. I can tell it will be future proof

I'm buying this because the battery of my iPad Air 2 had just gone to a horrible condition. To be honest, I'm pretty disappointed about this product because of the same reason. I can tell for sure the power of my previous iPad Air 2 (at the time I purchased it) lasts way longer. I'm using both products just for video streaming and nothing else. So, it's a fair comparison. The battery of the new one drains pretty fast and can die within about half a day on continues playing. But since I have trade in my old one, kind of have no choice but to stick with this one. Will never touch any tablet from Apple again. If you are looking for a tablet that lasts at least half a day, stay away from this one.

Bought as open box online. Was supposed to come with all accessories, but showed up with none. Condition otherwise was excellent. Went into nearest store and they replaced missing important items without issue.

Great iPad and the color looks better in person. I just hate how the storage/ price difference to upgrade is so grammatic

Every recent iPad Air i've tried (4th or this 5th gen) has a poor quality LCD thats very sensitive to even moderate touches and distorts. You can easily test this out in-store with display models too. This is not a problem on iPad Pros (which are just using a higher quality laminated display it seems) I do not recommend this. Apple needs to do a lot better with their mid-range iPad.

Bought this a few weeks ago, use it for class to downloads PowerPoints, scan PDF’s, take notes, etc. Liking it so far

Haven’t had it a month yet and has already frozen up. Screen froze had to reboot to get it working again. Somewhat dissatisfied.

Christmas present for my daughter. We've had an ipad before it was exceptional as well. Apple makes great products.

The device works well, but when the package was delivered, I was unpleasant. Because the first impression of the box was horrible, dirty, ugly patched duck tape, crushed box.

Needed to upgrade from my iPad Air 2 and this one was a good choice. Love the screen size for movies and reading.

Pretty solid purchase. My only gripe is the battery life seems to zap decently quick.

Fine product. Working for my son who is a freshman this year at college. Hope it gets him his future he is aiming for.

You just can't go wrong with any Apple product. They are fun, reliable, easy to use and last a really long time.

This was a great gift idea at a great price. I know the wife will love it.

This replaces my much older iPad and I am delighted with its improved features, including sound and screen resolution. I actually watched a British movie on it because it did not have subtitles and many of the accents were challenging on my large screen TV, but the sound quality of the iPad removed all issues. The Magic Keyboard is also much more user friendly than the older Apple keyboard. The new features are easily reviewed and learned via onlline tutorials.

Very good iPad. iPad still one of the best tablet in the market. Should have bought a bigger storage unit.
