    best buy was great but the product wasnt...wouldnt turn off no matter ho longer i pushed the button...wouldnt take my transferred aps frommy old ipad..and the fingerprint would set uup. i had to return it and will wait a while to try this again

    I was not able to use this product. It was delivered while I was out and it was set outside next to my garage door. It poured rain and the product was in a plastic shipping bag. It leaked and the box and iPad got wet. I was able to take it to my local BB store and get credit for it. They did not have this iPad in stock so I had get an older model because I needed it that day for a gift.

    It’s nice and all, but the battery dies fast. Always have to charge it. You definitely don’t need the pencil that you can add to it. And the to look for a case is hard to find. I had to go on Amazon to get one that I like.
