It nice but hard to hold due to size tried cover / stand magnet one from apple cost $79 didn’t work returning if I could find light weight cover with hand strap or disk that works be great

My husband bought me one and totally recommend getting one I got the pink iPad I had the purple at first but the color looked like it was grey almost but I love every aspect of the iPad

Bought an open box that had all accessories per description and the cord was missing. Power block was there. Spoke to customer service and they said I needed to go to the store and get one from a blue shirt at no cost. Involved in a hurricane so can't get to a store. Disappointed.

Apple items are really going down in quality. I had this iPad for less than a month and the charger port is damaged and won't charge. I am so glad I purchased Apple Care+

The device was like new, but had fingerprints everywhere. I forgot how deep the blue was in color because the new blue in the phones is sooo much softer.

So far so good. My third iPad Air. Seems to be much like others. Not a fan of location of Touch ID. APPLE doesn’t make a case to protect sides.

Lasted a month before black botches show against a white background. Tech sent it back saying it’s fine. Clown circus in Repair center!

I think the product has a manufacturing defect. Hang out in a few minutes. Total waste of money. I bought it, and it was with an issue. Within 15 days, I returned and ordered another one with the same issue. My daughter does not use it. I would not suggest to buy it. Better to buy the old model. Two years back, I bought it for myself; it works well.

No problems. Just went with a different model that my family preffered better. Color option was the deciding gactor for us.

This is a gift for a teenager. Unfortunately the store did not have the model we wanted, but she is happy with this one.

This iPad is one of the worst products to buy at BestBuy. I have never bought a product that bad in my life. I will rather use my iPad 1 then buy another iPad from the apple store. I will really give zero stars, but I can't. Never Again!!!!

I am absolutely disappointed at Best Buy for the audacity of shipping me a very dirty opened box excellent condition Apple Ipad Air 5th Generation, with a scratch on the screen. I immediately returned it and customer service was not helpful whatsoever! This was the worst item that I have ever purchased from Best Buy. The quality of service has definitely decreased! Very, very disgruntled!

I was unaware of the fact that the generation pencil that would go with a new iPad would be the first generation. Also that you needed to buy an attachment to charge and to link the pencil. Apparently there was a shortage and unavailable to purchase at this time. Ended up returning the iPad and buying a more expensive iPad that was comparable with the pencil GEN two

I’m giving this iPad 3 stars because the battery life is around 4 hours

Awful. This was the first choice of mine. The screen would not stay on. Battery was not holding a charge and although the display stated battery charge was 80% it died back to back and was not. Returned to get a blue one that was much better. I do not know what this was about or why it sold as excellent condition smh because it was faulty.
