What a disappointment. Battery life is terrible. Forced use of two factor Id for something that never leaves a house where I live alone is stupid. I have 4 iPads and this one will probably sit on a shelf till the others die.

I was not informed that the iPad was opened box and used before I purchase. Not fare!

An iPad is a hand held device. Typically, I have at least one hand on it at all times. My old iPad, which has a dying battery and some software “funny business” going on, has beautifully, comfortable rounded edges. It is a delight to use. The new iPad has sharper edges. To Apple designers: NEVER CREATE A PRODUCT WITH SHARP EDGES!! Especially, hand held ones. I bought a new Pro-book with nearly knife sharp edges on the ventilation slots. Tim Apple you need to do better for your millions!

Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk. Overpriced and underperformed.

Only fault I can find is that it gets hot on the back from time to time. Otherwise , it performs beautifully. Screen is a little larger than my last iPad even though the dimensions are the same outside. It definitely runs faster than my seven year old iPad.

First BB has a great trade in program for apple products. I traded a 9th gen iPad for this iPad air 256g. I connected this to my Pluggable (brand name) Thunderbolt Hub via the usb-c connection to the iPad over a thunderbolt certified cable. EVERYTHING but 2 Monitors worked. However the 2 this did work were mirrors of each other. So effectively 1 monitor, 2 external ssd's, keyboard, mouse, lighted mouse pad, and 2 audio outs, one 3.5mm bose speakers and 1 usb c connection to my headphones. Not only to charge the headphones but also for music too! S this is capable of being my home computer and yet portable enough to take with me (without the home equipment.

Ended up returning due to the poor service i received in the store

This iPad is excellent. The sound quality is great, the processor speed is lightning fast, and its size feels nice in hand. The battery life is long. I am very happy with my purchase.

Battery life is the worst. Drains 3 times faster than my old IPad.

The iPad was for me, but, I hate it so much, I traded it to Clinton. Not easy to manuver at all.

This is the 2 nd new iPad from best buy ,..and it has locked up where it’s unresponsive… taking it back when I get the chance

Works great, very slim and powerful. The battery is also very good. I have an Amazon Fire tablet 10 and this blows it out of the water.

Love the color and its function as well. If you want ro upgrade your ipad, just go for it!

I really enjoy using this iPad with it’s powerful MI POWERFUL CHIP. I also love the screen size .the display looks so so good not forgetting the battery . Over all I really love my new pad air 5 generation
