    Absolutely love the product but disappointed in the process of receiving this. I payed and went to pick it up and they refused to give it to me until 24 hours has gone by. Disappointed and frustrated in gulf to bay Best Buy. Never buying from them again.

    I absolutely love this product. Very fast and easy to use. Love the stage manager ability that apple has added to the ipados16 update that allows you to run several apps at the same time! Apple never ceases to amaze me.

    Was a gift for 14 yr old granddaughter, she is rough on electronics , but this tablet is durable sturdy design , and seem fit to handle the expexted ware she will impose , very satisfied.
