    Bought 'used' from best buy. Second category--just not checked by geek squad. Still excellent. Was pristine. Had to return it because out-of-state recipient had already bought one for child for Christmas...return no problem...would have kept for myself if could!

    Does not seem to hold a full charge, only use 20 minutes each day and charge depletes quickly
