This iPad is absolutely great. I got it to upgrade the 9th gen and it’s so worth it. It’s beautiful, has long battery life, charges up quickly and the colors are bright with a screen resolution that’s very sharp. So happy I got it.

Service was excellent. I ordered my son’s iPad online and was able to pick up on the same day. I was expecting a long wait because of the holiday season but everything flowed smoothly and quickly. I was in and out of Best Buy within 5 minutes. My son loves his gift and carries it everywhere he goes. This was money well spent!

I was able to get this product at a great price through an online pickup order. The process was smooth and fast. Along with this purchase, I also bought the Apple Pencil Pro. However, the website didn’t clearly state whether it was compatible with my iPad (with the A16 chip), so when I got home, I realized it wasn’t working. I returned to the store, and the Best Buy employee quickly guided me to the correct, compatible version. The return process was fast and hassle-free—I didn’t even need to present anything other than the product. I appreciated the employee’s helpful and efficient service. I wish I recalled the employee's name. he was efficient and helpful. (Battery life is super long, I use it for Notes and reading as well as personal use, and yes, I now classify myself as an "iPad Kid" lol, the nice display screen also adds to its usefulness and customer satisfaction.

Love my new i pad, like the fact that it has no home button and is much faster than my old model. The screen is vivid and camera takes excellentcphotos. Responce time to internet searching very much improved on this model.

Works better and faster than my previous 2 year old iPad, and has double the memory capacity (128 GB vs, 64GB). I purchased it mainly because it was on sale on a decent price AND the Apple trade in allowance of my 2 year old iPad was very good. I would recommend.

My son became immediately addicted to the iPad we gave him. While he has work and personal Apple laptops and an Apple phone, from the moment he opened the iPad he has spent most of his free time on the iPad. Loves the weight, speed, and size.

It is a budget buy for anything honestly. It helps you get over the bridge even if it’s a little slow. I use it for school and my bf uses it for games. The battery last and it doesn’t lag. It doesn’t have all the features but it gets the job done.

I bought two Ipads 11th Gen. for my grand children. The Ipads are very fast and plenty spaces for apps and games. The grand children are so happy and enjoyed the performance of the ipads.

For the price, it's a great tablet that does a little bit of laptop duty (with the magic keyboard accessory). Plenty fast. Plenty of battery life. No complaints. Would recommend.

The speed is so much faster compare to older models. The graphic is so much nicer and the internal storage is good. The new thinner design is good and the screen is bigger and better.
