Over all the iPad works good. We do miss the turn off button and the home button at bottom of screen. Some apps work differently on new iPad. Battery life is good. The screen is clear. Sound is good. My wife uses it much more than me to play jigsaw puzzles.

The service for the pick up was amazing and the employees were very fast and kind.
