    As someone who is in customer service, Nadia and Jordan gave exceptional service. I had a glitch with the first iPad I purchased. Nadia helped me out with the second iPad.     Love the color and the new technology using your fingerprint on the power button. It took a little getting used to but now is easy however can be a pain with a case on for kids that is thick or slightly covers the buttons.
