I purchased the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2017) to replace an older Samsung TabPro running Android. I wanted a large tablet for my day-to-day. The iPad Pro has a beautiful screen featuring true-to-life colors. This slate is big, but for me it is a great size for getting work done (I am not a creative professional). I coupled my iPad Pro with the Logitech Slim Combo keyboard case, which is indispensible. Applications open quickly and run smoothly. iOS 11 makes this unit, and further displays how good iOS will keep getting with each new revision. While I have not used multi tasking to the full extent yet, it works very nicely on the big screen for those apps that support it. Coming from an Android tablet, iOS feels less customizable. Its just easier to make the home screen what you want with icon arrangement and widgets on the Android devices. Also, the 12w charger that comes with the iPad Pro is inadequate. For a unit that supports faster charging, the bundled charger will not do the job. I recently ordered a 29w usb-c charger and cord for my device, which should provide the fast charging that this beastly beauty requires.

I also have the Air 2 and I felt that I was due for an upgrade...And oh boy did I UPGRADE! This thing is beautifully HUGE!... And super fast. For the its size I found it to be pretty light but believe me, its presence resonates! Now just waiting for iOS 11 Public Beta so we can finally enjoy its full potential!

The speed is ridiculous and 120hz makes the screen moves like water I can't wait for iOS 11 to make more as a laptop replacement. I had the 2015 iPad 12.9 and it's night and day in speed and screen differences it's a must buy if it's in the budget.

Finally! 12.9 inch Pro actually has Pro specs! Everything in the 10.5 version with humungo screen. As always, dependable, durable and amazing battery life. 120 hz motion is very welcoming.

This is th excellent ipad. It is ease for using an apple pencil for noting in college. The screen is beautiful w high resolution. Battery is good. I wish it has the fast charge so i can have more time to enjoy

There isnt enough good things I could say about this iPad. The size is amazing, the speed is great, and the screen is amazing!! It is 100% worth the price.

I love my iPad Pro 12.9 is the best thing in the world when it comes to taking care of business. It actually helps me when I need to add a third screen to turn towards my client when preparing any Accounting or tax work. I normally do not like covers on my tablets but my wife said she would kill me if I didn’t.

The graphics of the iPad Pro is very impressive, that it feels like I’m holding a 4K tv in my hand. The quality of the camera is also very good, better than my phone.

This is user friendly and super fast. Easy to pack and carry.

I've had iPads in the past, but really enjoy the size and features of this one. It's fun to use!

This IPad is way better than the normal small ones.

I love Apple Products and this new, larger iPad continues my love relationship with Apple. It's fast, big screen, holds good battery life, replaces my computer almost 70% of the time. I love the camera and FaceTime from this device. I bought the apple keyboard, and pencil as well and they are awesome. In about two months this will be my main computer.

I was replacing my old iPad 3, as I could no longer upgrade the iOS. I went for the large size to accommodate my diminishing eyesight. I'm not convinced that that was totally necessary, as it is a tradeoff between portability and size/weight. However, I must say that the iPad 12.9 is a wonderful machine: works great, good speed, easy to read and work on, plenty of real estate upon which to play or work. T The only downside for me is the size (which was the reason I bought it - go figure!). I think of it now as more of a laptop replacement (I bought a Brydge keyboard to complete the package) than strictly as a tablet. Overall, I love it. My advice to prospective buyers is to try the different sizes out first, thinking about how you plan to use the device, then buy accordingly.

I bought this I-pad to replace my second generation I-pad which was starting to give me a few problems. The first thing I noticed was how vibrant and clear the retina display was, absolutely brilliant colors. Next I was surprised by how fast it was, it is extremely powerful and plays games very well. I was also surprised by the price as I believed the price of the 12.9 model to still around $1000.00 and I was able to get mine on sale for $699.00. I still find Apple to be the leader in tablets and I would recommend this tablet to anyone in the market for such a device. Along with the ability to write and save notes on the tablet I find it to be most useful!

So I had an iPad Air 64GB model for about 4 years now. Still worked but I wanted to upgrade to something a little bigger and more powerful. I mainly use my iPad for watching videos are streaming while gaming, but I was wanting to replace my MacBook Pro Retina, as I would be giving that to my Sister soon. I chose the 64 GB capacity as EVERYTHING I have is in the cloud, via a Plex Server that I built. For me it works great, but if you like to download movies and keep them on the iPad then you are going to want the 256 model. Only complaint is that there are not enough cases for it, and when you do find a case its very bleh.

I was hesitant on buying an iPad Pro since I had never owned a an Apple product before. To my joy the IPad was easy to use and by playing with it, your ability to self teach was very smooth. The speed was excellent and screen quality superb. I also purchased the apple pencil which is a must to complete your experience with the iPad Pro.

I am an Apple fan. However, I find the iPad Pro 12 inch amazing to use for sketching and some design work. The pen works seamlessly with the tablet and the charge will last about a week. Awesome product, super fast, light weight, and easy to carry anywhere.

I CANT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVES! Greatest thing in the world! I really needed a new iPad as present 2013 IPad Air was having frustrating issues with charging and I came in to buy a new cable for it. After seeing this.....forget that new cable!! I wanted a new toy and the iPad Air has performed flawlessly for 4 years already! It’s feeling like Christmas in October to me! iPad Pro 12.9” is like holding a lightweight UHD TV in your hand-AND a computer at the same time! I’ve Had it a week and LOVE IT! Ultra light, gorgeous screen,Long battery life, crystal clear colors! New IOS 11 simply AMAZING! Get one! You’ll LOVE IT! I can’t say ENOUGH positives about it! See ZAC @ Valley Stream. i own a previous ipad 4 from many years ago. i saw an offer from best buy where you can get the ipad pro 12.9 64GB with the apple pencil for a discounted price. after doing much review, i jumped on the deal, and took advantage. what really sold me on this was the apple pencil. i was a bit hesitant to purchase as i wasn't sure if i would use the pencil, but after testing it out on some drawing apps, i found it to be super intuitive, and the refresh rate was amazing. there was almost no lag whatsoever, and some of the quick drawings and notes i was able to take, were simply awesome. I highly recommend the ipad pro for anyone who needs the robust computing power and the creativity of the pencil. you really get to push your creative boundaries with this device.

No nitpicking from me, well made, good screen, fast, good to look at, does what I need. Price, well its not cheap is it worth it, probably not, but then is anything we buy really worth the money we spend.
