Best Buy has bad business practices.
When you go into buy an item they tell you they can have it to you by the next day but don’t tell you it’s getting shipped to your house because they know it doesn’t come next day and they want to con you into buying it and waiting weeks for it to finally arrive.
The worker in the electronics department also didn’t comprehend the order and ordered last generation accessories that didn’t fit as well. Prompting me to have to go back to return it and then still wait well over a week after for anything else to come in.
They know they are setting you up for a trap betting on the fact that you will be lazy and not cancel your order and wait day in and day out for it to eventually come to your home.
For that kind of service I would’ve just ordered from Apple next time we’re going to any other electronic store.

If I could give customer service a ZERO, I would. They did not cancel my order and delivered it to someone I do not even know. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks! I have called 13 times so far with ZERO results. I have 8 case numbers and and have spoken to 3 supervisors that have done absolutely nothing about their team not doing there job! It is awful that consumers have to put all these man hours in on the phone getting ZERO results!!!

Warning: tried to but this product at Best Buy located at 1980 Griffith Rd in Winston Salem, NC. I waited 15 minutes before an associate walked by and said they’d call someone over. 15 minutes later, no one showed. I walked up to the office and asked for a manager. After another 15 minutes of zero service, I left the store. I won’t be back.
