Its okay for the price

It comes with the computer but not the apple key board or mouse. They put these plastic wired keyboard and mouse instead which was disappointing. Some of the keys don’t work either.

Was able to update to Big Sur 11.7.2 so far. Bought it to start a small business from home without having to spend too much since we are just starting . Comes with a new generic keyboard and mouse it’s pretty cool.

I have a 2011 which I did put a solid state drive in that smokes this thing with older processor and equal memory. Not sure why this unit is as slow as it is but would not recommend this one for much of an anything. Might try a few upgrades but wow I really expect more out of this newer machine or I would have just bought a used on off Facebook, which I might still do that and just right this one off.

OLD OS cannot be updated.

It cannot even get updated to the Big Sur OS, much less the Monterey OS. I am surprised Best Buy would sell this at all.

Thankfulky, BB took it back (hence the two stars; otherwise, it would be one … and an expensive trip to the e-recycling dump).
