I like them because the modem is built in. No need to have something else taking up space.

After working with Microsoft Windows for several years, I was most surprised how user friendly this computer was. My grandson who has a similar computer, is the one who actually convinced me to go with Apple and I am very happy I did. I have gone to 3 Apple classes to learn the basics and they were all very good. Plan on attending more.

I bought this computer to replace an 11 year old Dell. I am very happy with all the features this one has. Very easy to navigate. Very user friendly, I also like the compact keyboard and not having to have a bulky tower for the hard drive as well. Very pleased.

By far best Desk top I ever owned. So much better than windows say set up and clean no large amount of wires showing.

I love Mac for audio production. I like the small footprint. I like that it never crashes. I don't like: no DVD/CD drive. That is now an option. Additional expense - no problem, but that now-EXTERNAL drive makes for more work space clutter. I never liked: USB slots in the rear and now the SD slot is likewise Another purchase of an external USB/SD terminal for easier access and more work space clutter. And finally: I don't like that they seem to have loaded it up with a lot of junk I have no use for. I guess it'd be easy to dismantle those programs/features - maybe I'll get around to it someday.

Absolutely love my new I Mac! The Best Buy staff were fantastic helping me purchase this new computer. Gave good advice and explained the Credit card option for payment very clearly! I had my I Mac Home and set up in no time and away I went! I am having so much fun exploriing all the new things i can do with this great Apple product!

Purchased an iMac and my brother-in-law helped me get it up and running. The screen resolution is very good and I love the magic mouse - have been using it for 20 days and it's still 69% charged. And I DON"T miss using IE - Safari doesn't glitch as often and with our new lpcnextlight fiber optic service, this baby is FAST!!

The picture is beautiful and the speed is awesome.

This was the first time purchasing a Mac computer and I was a little gesture by on getting used to it. I am used to the iPad and iPhone and the Mac world cery similar. It was super easy to set up by following the prompts and when I enabled my iCloud account I easily got access to all my pics, apps etc that were on my other devices.

I had never used a Mac before but now I am completely hooked. The set up was extremely easy. The reason why I waited so long to buy a Mac was because of the price and what I thought would be a challenge to learn. It was very simple to learn and thanks to Best Buy I got a great deal. I am totally happy with my purchase!

Computer is awesome very fast and very user friendly

Long time pc user. Should have upgraded a long time ago. Easy to use and basiclly set itself up when turned on. Apple care is great. helped answer some questions that were very simple (but not to a pc user) they were very understanding. Love the MAC.

Our HP Crashed. Being force fed Windows 10 was the last MS straw. Purchase this iMac so far the transition has been slow. It'll take some time but I'm getting use to iMac platform. So far I'm happy. Screen resolution is fantastic speed good. Only draw back is having to buy a cd drive. Haven't yet. Looking for a sale on those.

very happy with all that I bought except for Geek Squad.bought new printer so that I could print from iPhone and iPad. Paid to have Geek Squad come to my home and set up everything to work together. To date, I have not been able to get everything to work together.

This is a fantastic family home base computer. Functions perfectly, looks great, fast and capable for most task. I use Photoshop with no problems, MS Office, etc. I can also communicate with all apple devices on our iTunes account, making it possible to coordinate schedules and pay attention to the accounts of younger users.
