Perfection
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely stunning. Works perfectly. So happy. Upgraded from my Mac book to help with recordings. Only thing is I had to get an adaptor to use my interface (Thunderbolt 2 - Thunderbolt 3) also with the 27” you can add more ram at any time.

Great for video editing, Super fast
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great new iMac for basic video editing with 4k 60fps. Im using it for hobby video and picture editing this computer and so far I'm super happy with it. I bought external ssd drive but the fusion drive is fast enough for me too.

Honestly, poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Five overall problems: (1) the one-year old Mac has had three hardware warranty repairs -- WiFi card, motherboard, microphone -- plus, a two-week software engineer fix because the Mojave that came pre-loaded befouled KeyChain; (2) the 1TB unit runs slowly, with the wait wheel often spinning; (3) Catalina software is very buggy -- e.g., I dragged a Pptx file from a flash drive into an email and the mail froze so severely that the machine wouldn't restart properly; (4) if you are a power Office 365 user, as I was as a grad school professor, prior to retiring (and trying out a Mac), good luck -- despite what MS and Apple say, software such as Word and PowerPoint just don't work well on an Apple (and Pages is a side-splitting joke, fit only for grade school reports); and, finally, (5) Apple will not consider this desktop a "lemon." If only I had kept $1,000 and bought a PC with the remaining money: the current version of Win 10, which I have on my spare PC (thank goodness I have one because the Mac has become a shop bunny), runs perfectly.
