I have resisted taking the Mac plunge for years, but saw that Best Buy had this on sale for $1500 and decided to just go for it. In my spare time I pursue my passion of photography and have known for years that Mac is the chosen computer for several reasons, but the top being the amazing 5k Retina resolution. I was floored the first time I saw one of my pictures on this screen - the difference in overall quality, screen size and higher resolution was immediately noticeable. The Mac OS is also very intuitive and much quicker to learn than I had previously assumed it would be. Bottom line? This iMac has turned a years-long Windows user into a believer! Nicely done, Apple! I look forward to countless hours of editing on this machine!

Was not sure about getting such a large monitor, but quite happy with it. The screen has sharp, vivid colors and overall operation is really smooth. Setting up and downloading applications are quick and easy. Overall very satisfied with the product. The negative is the high price, especially when having to add on peripherals including a numeric keypad.

My old desktop PC was breaking down. Decided to get a Mac. Not only did this completely replace my old PC, but this made me feel confident enough to get back into recording music. I upgraded the ram and added an external 2TB SSD. Runs like a champ.

Great desktop computer. 5K retina display has to be seen to believe. Powerful, fast, and a joy to use. A bit pricey but you really do Gert what you pay for. Add 32g of crucial RAM, very easy to do. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I Love My MAC! This big screen MAC has made working a lot easier and it's a beast as far as performance, much more than I probably need, but you only live once...

Hesitated at first, in my buy decision due to knowing Apple is coming out with an iMac re-design in April/21. Factors such as Apple significantly upgraded the 2020 version and the Daytona Beach BB having the mid-level model in stock influenced my decision. Not happy with the 8 GB of ram but the 2020 unit is still ram user upgradable up to 128 GB and plan to upgrade to 32 GB. The iMac is still relatively snappy with just 8 GB, but for my purposes, will add ram. This is my first iMac and don’t feel like I’m missing out not waiting for the new model. Love the design and build quality plus outstanding performance.

Works as well, if not better than my 2019 CTO 16" MacBook pro i9 8 core.. This system easily runs 2 virtual machines in Parallels without a drop of fan noise, can't say that about the MBP... The screen is amazing, and it's FAST.

Very easy quick and easy setup. The display is unmatched for quality and clarity. Being a former PC only owner, this iMac has impressed me with performance and ease of use. Learning to navigate and use MacOS is not difficult and I am glad I made the switch. I use it primarily for Photo editing and writing.

I was surprised to be able to still find a new (box never opened) 27" iMac since Apple doesn't make them anymore. I knew that this computer is a few years old (2020 model) but love the 27" screen and just wanted to make sure it wasn't used or refurbished. The person I was communicating with via chat was very helpful and assured me the box was never opened and they even let you keep the script from the chat for your files... so I placed the order. In my case, the situation was complicated because I live on Maui and Best Buy is on Oahu so it had to be shipped to me... Everything went perfect and I'm super happy with my new iMack! I'm already looking forward to future purchases from Best Buy because I came away appreciating the professional way they handled my transaction.

Made my choice after my window 10 computer was ruined by an update. MAC it is. Beautiful image quality, fast and learning to operate has been very easy so far. Very happy with the sales clerk overall great purchase.

Very nice picture and speed. a perfect combo, delivered fast and carefully by Best Buy. There was no need to look anywhere else for my computer, Best Buy had what i needed...fast!

LOVE OUR NEW IMAC! We needed to replace our old Imac which was over 10yrs old and had been rebuilt about 8 yrs ago. Very happy with the larger screen and programs available.

This has been a great computer for my husbands business! It works seamlessly with his ipad and iphone. The screen is nice and big. Definitely worth every penny!

Easy to use, except activating the scroll bar if funky. Love the speed and large screen. Geek Squad helpful in transferring dats from my eleven year old Dell.

My dad has weak eyes so this computer has been a great help for that, it is huge and the 5k resolution truly helps you see everything perfectly

We are switching from a windows based OS to the IMac. So far it has been real actively easy. We now have Apple phones, tablets, watches and desktop.
