Honestly. I was a bit lost at the display and I had brought in my old cable so i could match it up. Service rep saw the confused look on my face... asked if there was anything he could help me with... yes, yes please! minutes later he found what the cable i was looking for, and he did it so nicely... like a genuine wanting to help, not just this was his job...
