Ordered it online 5 days ago and still have not received my code! Terrible system. I called customer support and they were no help.

Don't opt for the digital download. I never received the email with the iTunes card code. I'm going on 30 minutes of hold here so far with Customer support :-(

I bought a first code early in the morning and had no problems. In the afternoon tried to buy a second one, and I never got the code. Today I got an email saying that the order was cancelled because it couldn't get verified.... Two orders had the exact same info (credit card, address, etc). That's BS.

It take about 18hours till I received the redeem code, no other support.

Ordered it at 940pm on 8/16/20 and waited until 130a on 8/17/20, then cancelled it. Not worth the hassle when you want something instant. Kind of the point to digital gift cards.

Got my gift card today only to find out it wasn’t even activated by Best Buy , talked to apple support for 20 minutes and they said I had to go buy another 100 gift card to get 200 credited smh .

Tried to order, they took money out of my account and was not delivered. After 2 hours and on hold with support and disconnects, I was told that since my email and the gift recipient emails were different that I may have to wait a few days. WTF?!!

Waited for an hour. could have drove to walmart. Went to PC game supply online they literally sent the code to me in 5-10 SECONDS. Cancelled worst buy order.

The music files are not saved as mp3s. They are saved as itunes files, so they can't be played back on anything but itunes. I had to fight and fight with Apple to get a refund on a song.
