Horrible moldy smell when I opened the package. Had to throw it away.

The item itself is flawless but Im only giving 2 stars because of the ridiculous price that we are expected to pay anytime one of our chargers give out.

I gave this a poor review simply because Apple is penalizing our loyalty for their products. It's like buying a cup of ice cream and charging for a spoon. Terrible. It works though but its an expense that could have been avoided.

Smelled so bad by day 5 I tossed it in the trash, still took another 3 days to get the smell of it out of my apartment.

Ordered this cord. I didn’t notice that it had the same connection plugs on both sides. Probably my fault as when I relooked at picture it does show both connections. Took back to store to exchange for right cable.

Product fine but Beavercreek OH store is horrible. Service is poor and associates are poorly trained.

They gave me the wrong charger wire then I went to exchange it for the right wire and ended up paying an extra 17 bucks for the same charger I originally ordered online.

This cable is good quality and serves its purpose. But $30?! Beginning to think I am too poor to use apple

These cables have a strong mildew smell. I’m seeing this complaint repeatedly online.

Unfortunately this is a must have if you are trying to charge the 16" Macbook Pro. Even other high quality cables won't charge at more than 65 watts.

First one ordered arrived not working despite not being visibly working. Had to go exchange for a new one.

Breaks too easily compared to other brand cables. Do not recommend it. It is also very expensive.

Charger cable no better than the ones you get from Marshalls or Walmart. Apple cables cost alot but they come apart quickly.

Had to buy this as a separate purchase for MacBook charger that doesn't include this or the power cord adapter that come with the MagSafe style chargers. Also, my experience with Apple brand adapter cables over the year has been very dismal. In almost every case, the vinyl protective outer casing splits at the the stress point where the cable exits the plastic connector casing. I eventually expect the same for this cable. Buy only if you have to!!!

Just as expensive as you’d expect from apple with the same irritating weaknesses you have come to love.

I bought this cable to replace my son't broken one. I had to return it because I didn't realize he needed one with USB end.

I think it’s ridiculous that you have to buy the charger in two pieces when older versions come together! However, it does Charge my computer quickly

This cord does this job but it does not last long. Breaks easy.
