Thought I wanted the shorter cable, but so glad I forgot to check the length before buying. The extra length is really helpful when I need to use my iPad while it is charging.

No name cables always fail within a month, so an Apple cable is always the better choice. The problem is the short cable that they provide is almost as bad. The 2 m cable fits the bill.

This is a really well made cable that I got to replace the short cable that came with my iPad Pro. Great build quality and I ended up using it to charge all my USB-C devices, including my Switch.

Long cords to give more places to put the item you are charging. This is ideal when you need your cord to reach further so you can store things where you want.

Apple cables have lasted longer than other brands in the past. This cable seams to be even thicker than the older style cables.

This cord stopped working within two weeks of using it. I bought it to charge my MacBook. I had already thrown away the box because it worked the first week so I didn't think I needed it. Now, I don't know if I'll be able to return it. I wonder if this is a legitimate Apple charging cord? I decided to purchase the replacement for this through Apple because I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. Very disappointing Best Buy! I now know that the replacement cord from Apple costs less than this one.
