    Pretty tough cable for the price. It's hard to find cables this long that are durable.

    Genuine part are the best. I’ve never had issues save some durability ones with original items from apple.

    iPhones should be shipping with these cables now. They are much more durable, compatible with 2016/2017 MacBooks and support the fast charging if you have the correct power brick. The biggest drawback is the cost of all the power bricks as fast charging ones can cost up tp $50 if OEM.

    Great replacement cable. Caught myself without a charger on a trip, awesome they had it in stock, the Apple Store did NOT!

    The new USB-C charging cable works just fine. It has a certain soft texture to it that makes it nice to handle and it is the perfect length. I really do miss the MagSafe charging cables, though. This cable, along with the power bank, seem to charge my MacBook very quickly. No real complaints.

    Nothing like the Apple OEM cable. I’ve purchased non apple usb-c cables and they don’t hold up as well.

    I know it is frustrating that when Apple upgrades a product you almost always have to buy new accessories. But this was a smart idea. The charge cable is separate from the power adapter. With my previous MacBook Pro the cable was attached to the power adapter. When you wrap it up the cable bends and eventually ruins the cable. Now I can separate the cable from the power adapter and just wrap it up like a phone charger.

  • A quick replacement to fix power supply.

    My child accidentally rolled her chair caster over her power supply wire putting a nasty pinch in it. Fortunately the wire on the Mac power supply can be removed and replaced or I would've need a whole new power supply. This wire did the trick.
