This Apple product appears to be made the same way as the others. Apple should make this adapter with an interchangeable wire, so that a less expensive cord could be purchased when it frays. It’s wasteful and expensive to have to buy an entirely new adapter.

The two stars are for my resentment to have to buy it at all. I use the MacBook Air until it looks like the car driven by a teenager. It is not cheep, and it can last, but the charger cannot last. Really, Apple? So far bough my sixth original charger, for the second MacBook. Extra expensive oversees where there was no Best Buy, no Apple store, and there was an emergency of a dying laptop.

I wish apple would fix it. This is the only charger they make for it.

This is not a good value but as a macbook pro owner, there's really not that many other options.
