Purchased this power adapter as a second unit to travel with. Therefore I can keep the original in it's place at home at my desk and not have to always crawl under the desk to untangle and unplug it every time I travel. Just makes life easier :-)

This adapter works very well.it is easy to connect and it is small enough to fit in my brief case for storage. The connector locks well in my laptop but disconnects quickly without straining the pins on the laptop if too much tension is applied on the line.

I bought this item because my previous power cord became frayed. This one works wonderful.

As with any apple product it is overpriced for no reason. I needed it for work so I had to buy it but wish I could buy an alternative brand. At least it charges the laptop quickly, only saving grace. But make sure you buy the correct one based on your laptop, I first got MagSafe not MagSafe 2 and had to switch it out.

One of the best or the best Power Adapter you can buy. This not only works with apple chargers, it also works with any other charger that uses usb. This Apple Power Adapter is unbreakable and will last for a long time of use. Best Power Adapter (should buy)!

I like the adapter with the magnetic connector including the long optional power cord. That said care should be used with this adapter as with all adapters the wires are thin and prone too breaking. I think the manufacturer should have made the magnetic connecting end/wire a separate piece so that it could be replaced saving the loyal Apple consumer the extreme cost of an entire adapter.

I bought a cheaper knock off brand that stopped working after a week. This one is an apple product and I should have bought it to begin with... lesson learned.

Needed a 2nd power supply with purchase of a newer MacBook Pro. Really wanted to stay with genuine Apple. And, I appreciate that our local BestBuy is an authorized Apple service center.

Item came perfectly as described. Well packaged and it works great! Great item. The only thing with the Apple charger is that it heats up pretty quickly.

I bought this charger to replace the one that came with my Macbook. That one was about 4 years old, and getting spotty. I wish I hadn't had to replace the original already, but since I did, then I'm glad Best Buy has the proper Apple accessories.

Wanted an extra charger for my MacBook Pro and this was the best deal at the time. A faster charger than the one that came with it, for the same price as the less powerful one that Best Buy was selling.

Got this for my mother in law and she lives it. Works as described. No issues as of now.

I was traveling through the upper Midwest in July and after the first night of my trip, my Apple Magsafe2 power supply quit. I was going to be away from home for two weeks and I thought I was not going to have access to my MacBook Pro. After coming to my senses, I started a search at my location in rural MN to locate another Magsafe2. I immediately went to the Best Buy website and entered my location. I discovered a Best Buy store just miles up the road where I was staying. I created a search and up pops an Apple Magsafe2 Power Supply. I ordered the power supply online and picked it up one hour later. It was Christmas in July. I remained on the road for another two weeks and I was thankful everyday for being able to use my MacBook Pro with the new Magsafe2 from Best Buy.

After about 4 years I had to get my apple laptop a replacement charger. They are very good quality especially if the first one lasted me about 4 years. I love that it has an extension to make the charger longer when needed.

Purchased an additional MagSafe charger for my MacBook Pro so I didn't have to carry the original one with me (the charger and cord add quite a bit of additional weight to my laptop bag). The plus is that you are getting a quality Apple product and the interchangeable charging prongs (to switch it from a standard charger to a travel one with folding prongs) are a nice touch.

Great charger that was used but looked brand new and worked well

Buy this adapter for the larger 15" macbook... if you don't... your battery won't charge as fast, which is hilarious if your battery depletes while your laptop is charged in (it doesn't happen often, but it can!)

Had to purchase a replacement for my original power adapter after two years of constant travel and heavy use. I would recommend to have a replacement handy for travel and leave one at home or office for stationary use. Good durability and great product overall.

Does what’s intended, my previous chargers cable started to rip from the twist effect, which further cause it to rip inside and burn, so just be careful with how you manage the cable.
