I love my Airpods, they have an excellent sound and I can carry them any where I want. The battery lasts for a very long time

These fit comfortably in your ears and hold a good battery charge for all of your needs. Volume and sound quality is also a positive.

I was hyped for the new gen of airpods ever since i've had the 2nd gen. The 2nd gen airpods are really good for what they and are the standard of what wireless earbuds should be. That being said, the new gen fails to live up to it's predecessor by many faults of what should have been its pros. First, the biggest issue is it's shape. The 2nd gen were the perfect fit for my ears. They fit comfortably and stayed snug in my ears while moved around. No discomfort and no need to readjust every 20 minutes. The third gen design makes you think comfort, but bring you pain. I've tried to make them work. I've adjusted them many times so they wouldn't hurt. But after a while, I was tired of trying. I have no idea how Apple managed to screw this up. Maybe it's the shape. The way it conclaves into your ear compared to the 2nd gen flatter design would make you think that it should work. But it does not. Now, the 2nd has the ability to use play, skip, whatever by simply tapping the bud. An amazing feature that is quick and simple. Loved this. Apparently Apple decided to cut this cool trick with physical buttons on a short stem. Why Apple? Granted, each bud can now do 3 functions on each side, but at the cost of efficiency. Why not just keep the better function and just update it for the newer gen is beyond me. Sound is actually quite good for a bluetooth device. If you have no qualms with it's predecessor, then you'll see no issue with these as well. Personally, I found them sound more or less the same, which is not bad thing considering that these aren't on the same level as bose or sennheiser. Spatial audio is a cool gimmick, but nothing to boast about. Battery life is better now, as I would generally use the full charge on my 2nd gen at the 4 hour mark. With a full 2 extra hours, the better battery life on these gives a edge over it's older gen. Overall, these buds are quite disappointing. I wanted to like them. I wanted them to be better than the 2nd gen. But with its overall cons than pros, I can't recommend jumping on these at their current state and price. You are better off saving your money and getting the 2nd gen for a much simpler experience. Or cough up an extra $30 and get the pros, which are more less the same thing, but with tips and noise cancelling.

Love my air pods my second pair I ordered already. The first one I lost 1 . But I wouldn’t want any other ones . I don’t leave home without them.

These AirPods worked exactly as advertised and therefore my rating only reflects the way that its built. Trying to switch from the AirPods Pro with adjustable ear tips to this was impossible. They did not fit my hear and instead actually made them hurt within a few minutes of wearing them. The angle which they face is weird in my opinion, and made them more uncomfortable than the first gen of AirPods. They worked good, but ultimately I returned them due to the build itself.

I’m fairly new to all things Apple, after being an android user. I am a fan! The sounds are crisp and clear. Background cancellation works well. The pairing process is very simple. I have these paired with everything including my multiple tvs. Why 4 stars? I can’t keep them in my ears and that’s equated to more dropped calls than I can appreciate. Also, while I enjoy the option of throwing in my earphones whenever I need, the volume only goes so low.

Bought last year. Great headphones for people who prefer no silicon buds. Sound quality is good for not having an airtight fit.

The sound quality on these is a huge step up from the 2nd gen airpods, and yes I used them side by side. There is a huge noticeable difference. Then add in the Spacial audio and you have an incredible set of earbuds. The only issue I have is the fact that they are very tricky to hold onto vs the long stem "gen 2's". I have dropped these countless times :( Great overall though.

After buying cheap headphones from another discount stores and multiple $80 and under off brand headphones... I just splurged and got these. The sound alone makes it worth it. Not too bassy, not too much treble, no muddy mids. Just perfect. No connectivity issues and the battery lasts a long time. Idk why I bothered before with the cheap stuff.

I was ready to upgrade after having gen 2, but I didn’t want the pro AirPods since I heard they’re uncomfortable. These were a good choice; improvement in battery life and aesthetically better looking. I will say they don’t stay in your ear as well as gen 2 do. For example I was brushing my teeth and they kept falling out when ever I opened my mouth too wide. The spatial sound feature is ok. It can actually get sort of annoying but you can turn it off.

Sound quality from previous model is night and day. Bass hits really nice and low like it should. Two issues though... 1. Can't wear to the gym, they easily fall out. 2. They are terrible at canceling the ambient noise around you while you're on a call. Almost every call, the person I am talking to is telling me it's too loud around me and they can't hear me.

Anyone whining about how these are not an upgrade didn’t really research. They sound a little better but if your buying these thinking they are going to blow your mind, stop. The upgrades are in battery life, size, case, water resistant, spacial audio etc. If you want everything they offer EXCEPT the sound buy them, if you want to be blown away by the sound difference, don’t buy them because you won’t be blown away.

I bought these for my son and he loves it. He says its super comfortable and it has long battery life.
