I have AirPods - but the sound in the AirPod Max's is so much better. It is richer. These have been great for returning to the office because they more effectively block out the noise around me.

Superb noise cancellation

When in on public transit, I can’t hear anything except what I’m listening to. Best noise cancellation around.
