Great sound, but people can't hear me when you make a call. It seems to be a known issue by Apple

I would actually give these a 3.75. My ears and head get hot when wearing these. I love my apple airpod pro 2’s but wanted these and while the sound is amazing, they do bother me and make my head hot.

The phone is perfect, absurd comfort but be careful with the fabric that surrounds the arch and the parts of the ear, if you choose light tones it looks dirty easily. Just for this one, however, it didn't take 5 stars.

The build quality is great as well as the noise cancellation and battery life. My main issue is it sounds exactly the same as my Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones that cost $300 less. You would expect the sound quality when listening to music to be slightly better. Also, I’m streaming from Qobuz so it’s not like I’m using something crappy like Spotify.

Pretty great overall, the typical amazing integration with other Apple devices. I've used them twice on a plane and it takes a bit to get comfortable, although they squeeze lymph nodes/soft tissue less than the Bose QC I bought and returned. Sound cancellation is good, but I expected it to be nearly no intrusion for the price. Improvement vs. my 15 year old corded Bose earbuds is smaller than expected.
