Well worth the price tag. These headphones have the best noise canceling I have ever experienced. I can’t hear a thing with noise canceling turned on. They are amazing. However if you want to be able to hear what’s going on around the transparency mode if fantastic. The actual audio quality is amazing as well low lows and high highs. Fantastic bass and overall amazing sound.

My son was so excited to get these , at first i thought they were like all the other head phones i have bought but boy was i wrong. Best headphones apple has made. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent sound quality and comfortable to wear. The noise reduction is absolutely incredible! Wore them on a 13+ hour flight. Could not hear a single thing other than what was playing from the headphones. Comfortable enough to sleep in too. Very happy with my purchase! Love the purple color too!

I love these. I travel on passenger jets weekly. I can wear them from the time I arrive at the airport to the time I get to my rental car. My head never gets tired of having them on. The noise cancelling is perfect for flying and while talking to TSA agents. If you are using Apple products, these are perfect and know when to connect to your phone. The convenience of these are great. No more going to my bluetooth settings and having to reconnect or disconnect.

I bought the AirPods Max because I wanted high-quality headphones, and after using them regularly, I’m very satisfied with the experience. The sound is rich and well balanced, with strong bass that doesn’t overpower the music. Everything sounds clear, whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. The noise cancellation is impressive and makes a noticeable difference in loud environments. They feel sturdy and well built, and the design is comfortable even during long listening sessions. While they are a bit heavier than other headphones, the weight is well distributed and doesn’t become uncomfortable. Transparency mode works smoothly and lets outside sound in naturally when needed. What really stands out is how easily they connect with Apple devices. Switching between my phone, tablet, and laptop happens automatically and without any issues. Battery life has been reliable and gets me through the day without problems. Overall, the AirPods Max are pricey, but the sound quality, noise cancellation, and ease of use make them a solid choice if you’re looking for premium headphones, especially within the Apple ecosystem.

Awesome headphones with amazing sound just a bit heavy

worth every penny it was between these and the Sony xm6 and I have to say the build quality is way better than Sony and sound quality is great.

I absolutely love these. I know a lot of people think this is overhyped just because it's Apple but it's great. The noise cancellation is amazing, the battery life is amazing, and the sound quality is amazing. I love that they have removable ear cushions. My biggest problem with other headphones is that you can't remove the ear cushions, but these can be easily removed and cleaned. I used to have the Sony X4's but I much prefer these (even though they are more expensive). These have very tactile buttons rather than the weird touch control thing of the Sony headphones. They are ridiculously comfortable because they sit over the entire ear. With other headphones, I hated that after two or so hours, they got really uncomfortable because they lay flat on the ear rather than over the entire ear. These are slightly less comfortable with glasses on but not that much. The only negative thing I would say about these is that the volume isn't super loud. It's perfect in normal-volume places but you might still hear sounds bleed through if you're in a really loud environment.

They work great. The sound is really something. They’re light on the head for long-term wear. The case is…odd, but necessary to turn them off and to alert your device to connect to them. Warning: When we first opened these, the sound was way too loud and couldn’t be turned down. After some in,I’ve research we learned to reset them. After we did that, they started working fine.

Very high quality headphones. My wife loves them and was a perfect birthday gift choice. Very clear sound and comfortable fit.
