I hesitated buying this after my PowerBeats play/pause button broke on me, but GeekSquad had me covered. I had Gen 2's and only Gen 3's were in stock so I decided to explore other options. The reason I hesitated was I thought they would look funny. I tried one other product that didn't work out and long story short, I realized I don't care what I look like that much so I bought the Apple AirPods. Connecting was a breeze with the new W1 chip, sound quality was superb and got way louder than most other headphones. However, the biggest plus is the convenience. They are so small that they fit easy in your pocket and are always a goto grab on your way out the door. Whenever I get a call I pop one in and take on the AirPods. I pop them in if I'm ever waiting somewhere and want watch videos on social media or listen to music. The convenience is easily the best factor in purchasing these.

This is by far, the best, true wireless earphones that I got. The main selling point of this earphones is the connectivity. Connecting the Airpods to my iphone X was flawless and easy. Just open the case near your phone and press the connect button and you are connected! It also shows the battery level of both the airpods itself and carrying case that acts as a charger. I can switch between my iphone X and ipad pro in just a single click on bluetooth configuration. Base on my experience I get a solid 5 hours of battery life each charge which is pretty awesome for a wireless earphones. The sound is also solid, after I put some foam covers on the airpods. Fit was nice for me (I don’t have a very big ears) and didn’t experience any fall-off from my ears even if without the foam covers. I would recommend apple users to get this airpods for truly wireless experience!

A lot of people are at first off-put by the hipster/futurist look of AirPods, and the shape itself won't fit everyone, just like the original EarPods themselves. But if AirPods do fit you (and they fit most people), then you're in for a great experience. They stay in securely while running, sitting on a shaky bus, or even while you are laying down without any sort of discomfort or feeling that they're going to come out. The pairing process couldn't be simpler: just open the charging case in the vicinity of your iPhone, and a neat card appears from the bottom. Tap the connect button and the AirPods are not only connected to your phone, but also any other device you have from Apple. Other features like tapping for Siri or controlling the tracks, and taking out an AirPod to auto-pause, just heighten the experience. Great sound, great features, and well worth the price.

Pros: I love the tech. It syncs with iphones perfectly, and the way the sync happens is how it SHOULD happen. Bluetooth syncing has always been a bother to me. Apple does it just right. No blinking blue lights. No having to guess if it's synced. Sound is not bad. I'd say better than OEM earpods. I'm not an expert, but i listen in mixed environments like public streets and on my bike, so fidelity isn't THAT important. Having no wires is AWESOME. It's a totally different experience because you won't snag your wire anymore. Swinging wire won't work the earbuds out of your ears. I use it for calls, and people never complain if i sound funny. Finally, the fit and finish is awesome. They use magnets to make everything snap to where it needs to be. Like other apple products, it just feels great to use. cons: Fit is not for everyone. It fits me ok. not great. but honestly, I haven't had it fall out of my ears yet. Cost might seem high, but really... there's much more expensive stuff out there that are more problematic. For the tech, the price is fair. If you want to sync this with your PC via bluetooth and also your iphone, syncing may get a little more complicated, but not any different than any other bluetooth headset. If you're willing to pay the price, and wires bother you, I believe this is the best option out there. I bike, snowboard, run, and the wires have always bothered me. This product is perfect for what I need.

I made the decision to try out Apple's AirPods after some thorough research. Many of the good to positive reviews were spot on - easy to connect between multiple devices, good to above average sound quality. Having used them for a month, that's my assessment as well. But I'll address a few more takeaways. I've never had a lot of success with ear buds in the past. They fall out of my ears frequently. Somehow, the AirPods stay in! I'm still not going to use them for more intensive tasks, like yard work because I do think they would be easy to lose. Sound is a little light on bass and the volume is not as high as other earphones or ear buds that I've used. I do wish I had more color choices (black would have been nice - but, now that I think about it, maybe even easier to lose!) but, for now, I can recommend the AirPods with confidence.

Excellent sound quality in a convenient, comfortable package to wear running, doing chores, etc. Stable fit--stayed in place and functional through a sweaty marathon. 5-hour battery life is adequate, and I love that the case works for a recharge.

I was hesitant for years to jump into the Apple pool of products. I thought Apple fans were all lemmings being taken for a ride. I finally got sick of buying a new laptop every 2-3 years and several people I knew recommended a Mac without hesitation. It's been all Apple all the time ever since. If you are a fan of Apple products then you will love the Air Pods. Try the ear pods on first as these fit almost exactly like those. They stay in my ear no matter what I'm doing and the beam forming mic is absolutely amazing. My wife can hear me better through the Air Pods better than the actual phone mic. My music sounds great. Bass is not the greatest but I am more than pleased with the sound overall regardless. Completely wireless is definitely the way to go. Phone calls sound great and very clear as well. I never hold a phone to my head anymore and the Air Pods make phone calls so much more enjoyable. I'm a big multi-tasked and wireless is the only way to go for me! Pairing with an iPhone is very fast and completely effortless. The Air Pods and iPhone take care of that task and you need only touch a button on the screen to complete the process. Apple takes their time in development and they make excellent products. I don't think they are in a hurry to be the first to do anything. Quality and loyalty mean more to them in the long term from what I can tell and the Air Pods are an amazing, high quality product. Great sound, comfortable/secure fit, appropriately priced, all around awesome. The charging case is also near genious in its design and application. The Air Pods charge fast and hold a charge extremely well. I've not had my batteries die yet. I keep them safe and secure in the case when not in use which keeps them fully charged. Within my immediate family we now own 2 iPad mini's, 2 iPods, a Mac Air, 2 iPhones, an Apple Watch, and now the Air Pods. We'll add our second Apple Watch very soon as well. I totally recommend these as well as a Catalyst case for the charger. Clips to my belt loop for easy quick access but the charger case itself fits easily in a front pocket. If you're on the fence about buying Air Pods...don't be. I am completely satisfied. The Apple Store couldn't get them for me for a month or longer. Best Buy had them in store for me to pick up within 3 days, a day earlier than estimated at that. Happy Birthday to me!

These blue tooth ear buds are awesome and great sound. Fits the ears very nicely. Ordered them at noon and picked them up the next day. Battery life is great. Charging and I phone connectivity is very quick and no problem as known from Apple.

Was getting tired of buying cheap Bluetooth earbuds. I decided to go look for higher quality versions that would last. Tried a few different brands and besides the cord, which annoyed me, if I was in an awkward position at the gym they always fell off. I don’t like the over the ear piece or extra rubber inside ear piece. Apple EarPods fit nicely and never fell out so I figured I would try AirPods out. Setup is super easy, it automatically connected to my iPhone out of the box. Battery is good, lasts about 8 hours of constant music if I had to guess. Also I love that if they are dying I can charge one and listen to the other alone. I also have started to carry one in my ear to talk on the phone. Case is cool and charges them about 5 times before the case needs to be recharged. Quality is great. Great buy!

Very good sound and easy to set up. Very small package and the charger/case is fantastic. Only one small complaint is I wish the battery life were a little longer but really not too bad. Get them, you will not regret the purchase!

Surprisingly good bass and sound quality for the size. Great battery life. They stay in your ear but I wouldn't recommend pushing it above a good jog before you risk one falling out. Hasn't happened yet but wouldn't want to risk breaking or losing one. Having no cable for your earbuds is much more convenient than one would think. Many tasks that we are used to not being able to do and even the way we think and move is governed by the cable that we are used to. With no cable you are free to enjoy your music or media and phone calls in the most convenient way ever. Would definitely recommend. You can configure them to skip songs or use Siri by tapping on the Airpod twice. One good feature missing is volume control on the Airpods but they are tiny so it would be difficult to control.

I bought my airpods because they are truly wireless. They freed me from dangling wires. They are so lightweight and comfortable that I forget they are in my ears. Being able to charge the case and charge them in the case is an added bonus. The design and aesthetics are excellent and tge sound is great too. I have had more expensive wireless ear phones but for the price and the features (cgarging case, ease of pairing, sensors tgat turn them on and off when you put them in or take them out), the Apple airpods can't be beat.

I hate cords and these are very light, so that part I love. Sound is very good and connection is simple with later moder iPhones. I like the charging system, although the case is slippery and looks like a dental floss container. I don’t care for the dangly-earring appearance they give me. In a vehicle, there is not quite the bass to overcome road noise. Overall, they are my favorite over BlueBuds and Beats 3.

I figured I'd take the chance and drop a significant amount on these, after being disappointed by my last bluetooth earbuds that were ~$90. I'm definitely blown away by them, in a very good way. Connectivity to my iPhone was basically instant, and they started working seamlessly in conjunction with my apple watch (series 2) as well. I'm not a top shelf audiophile, but I can appreciate the difference in quality between most of your typical brands. The sound on these is frankly awesome. Very well balanced and full, especially for a solid earbud (as opposed to the ones with the changeable silicone cups/plugs). They stay in my ear through any typical activity I do - walking around, cleaning, working in the shop, running. I could see why someone would not be thrilled about the lack of a volume up/down button or a "tap" combination (you can ask Siri to change the volume), but I'm using them with my apple watch so I simply control them from that, so this is not an issue for me. They have great battery life and frankly the pod case is super slick and convenient, and charging is fast. The only minor issue I have experienced on just a few occasions has been a stutter of audio drop-out sometimes when switching between apps on my phone, while playing music over everything. In the airpods defense, I don't know if this is an issue with my iPhone bugging out, or with the connectivity to the airpods, so I will still confidently give them 5 stars because of also excelling in everything else.

These were good for two months...then they started acting up. One will charge and the other will not. Then I have to charge one for 20min and it works. Also sometimes they just stop working with Bluetooth. I bought them in mid December 2017 and they are lightly used. Not even six months and had to switch back to my beats.

If you have all apple products, these are perfect for you. The simple pairing is pure magic, and so handy. You simply pop open the case and they connect. The other great feature is simple switching between mac and apple devices. For example, if you have a MacBook you can simply select these in the menu bar and they are switched just like that, no repairing and turning them off. The other amazing feature is the case. It is tiny and will easily fit in any pocket without any notice. It will protect and charge the buds easily. My favorite feature is how it will charge them 25% in 15 minutes. They provide an additional 20 hours of playback to the buds 5-6 hour battery life. Basisiclg with the case you never have to charge it in a week. And as an added bonus, they charge with lighting so no additional cable is needed. Lastly, the price and sound quality. The sound quality is good, just not amazing. Coming from jaybirds I would say the sound is on par, very good for wireless earbuds and outstanding for being fully wireless. The two gripes I have are the sound isolation and volume. As they are not really earbuds with the tips they don't block noise very well. This is good for somethings, and not so much for others. As a result in loud environments they cannot reach enough volume. These I, believe, are adequate trade offs for such convinience. Price. $160 is not cheap, but it is definitely justified. All other wireless (fully) earbuds start at $200 including Samsungs offering. These are much more well made and have the magical pairing (the others need to be paired one at a time). So yes, I believe these are perfect for someone like me. Someone who loves apple. Someone who needs the convinience of earbuds that pair instantly with all devices. Someone who loves fully wireless buds that you will never notice in your ears. Someone who uses Siri and will take advantage of the directional dual mics that pick up everything. Someone whose ears fit EarPods (try them first, if they don't fit neither will these) If that is you, buy these, you will not be disappointed.

I bought these to replace a set of Bose wireless earbuds that had worn out and, frankly, was skeptical before buying these. Boy, am I glad I did. The charging case is a HUGE feature because I travel frequently on long flights. While the buds can run for hours on a single charge, the fact that I can re-charge them simply by putting them back in the case is great. The sound quality is good. The only two very minor issues I have are that the buds are one-size-fits-all and sometimes are loose in my ears, and the case is slippery due to its smooth surface and it has slipped out of my hand a few times already. I'll put something on the outside of the case to give it some grip. Overall, a very good product and highly recommended.

I’m one of those people that has the perfect type of ears for the Air Pods. Apple will even tell you that they don’t work for everyone. But if you have a “V” notch right above your earlobe, you’re in for a treat! The sound is excellent. Ease of use is unbelievably smooth. Battery life is awesome and the case even charges them in between use. Completely wireless, and when on the phone the sound is crystal clear for both parties. I should also add that I have a 2700 sq ft home. I set my phone in the center of the house and walked through every room and even outside! Not one hiccup! If you’re looking for a set of wireless buds and you have the “V” notch don’t hesitate. Apple has a way with never skipping a beat. Enjoy

I am very happy with my Apple AirPods. As stated by many others they are very easy to pair even with my old iPhone 6 Plus. Only once so far, and I've had them for about 1 month, has the connection dropped and it reconnected in a couple of seconds. The sound quality is good. The bluetooth range is very good. I absolutely love the fact that when you pull one out of your ear whatever you are listening to is paused. This is very handy when someone approaches that you need to talk to. Siri works pretty well but not perfectly. Of course this could be because I am out walking and there are other noises like wind. And Siri doesn't work perfectly on any device. I do wish that in addition to saying "Increase/Decrease Volume" you could also say, for example, "Volume 7" as I can on my Amazon Echo. They DO NOT fall out of my ears. I wear them 3 times a week while running as well as other activities and they have never fallen out. They fit my ears very well. Battery life is good. I usually wear one at a time and when I remove it I put it in the charging case. If the battery on one runs out (this happened once) you can simply use the other AirPod. I use them daily and only need to charge the charge case about once a week. There is still room for improvement but overall these are great. They are probably the best completely wireless bluetooth earbuds on the market (I looked at many others before ordering these).

This is the third pair I have bought for family and friends. Apple has really hit it out of the park with these. They are the best of the best. 100% wireless unlike most of the competitors, good sound clarity, outstanding battery life with the battery case and reliable connection to all my apple devices. The best part is the super easy switching between different apple devices on the same apple account. If the regular EarPods fit you well then you just can't go wrong with these.
