In my opinion, I like second gen better because of the earbud material. Maybe I had the wrong size ear piece for the pro's but they always slid out of my ear when I would workout. I like these because they stay in. The only thing is that they are not noise cancellation like the pro's and they do not have the same controls.

They’re more affordable than most.
