    Bought a used unit and battery life was terrible so I went to Geek Squad at Victor store and spoke with tech by name Frank. I was lucky to get him ,he was awesome. He walked me through return,credit and replacement .Frank suggest I purchase a refurbished unit as it’s be gone through. My experience with Frank was fantastic.

    I would have giving this a 5 stars but the only thing is there were a black code or scratch i am not sure on the back of the ipad. Other wise everything is good.

    Bought it as a just because gift and I've loved it ever since. Was a little skeptical since it was refurbished, but it works fine with no problems so far! 10/10 would buy again.

    I didn't like this product at all. I'm glad I only got it to farm on. I have to keep it plugged in at all times to use it and it takes forever to come up after you turn it on. They only give you 15 days to return it. Not worth my time or money.
