Best Buy said can’t do anything about it. Been given the runaround. Paid for a device I can’t use. I was told it was an Apple screen malfunction. But I purchased with Best Buy. Apple is really particular about touching preowned devices. Save your money!

Great for kids

Battery life not that great and it also gets a little warm with continued use. I purchased for my grade school child so she could use it during instruction and play.

I’m gifted the IPad Air, & decided to get an IPad Air2. There are a few differences, I like the air2 better, it has a few more features. I’m pleased with the IPad Air 2.

My kids dropped it a few times and didn’t leave a crack until it was dropped off a five foot tall table onto the tile floor.
