The main reason I got "wired" earpods was for higher sound quality on the calls. I own other expensive products that are great for music and terrible for making phone calls. My main goal finding a product with higher quality built-in microphone. Currently, everyone I usually call agrees that these sound much better on their end than any of my Bluetooth devices. Also, the overall sound quality (calls, music) is just awesome for the price.

I am an Apple customer, and I was sold on the product. I want to focus my comments on the customer service experience. I was helped by Briana at the store in Douglasville, GA. She has exceptional communication skills. I was in the store a short time because I purchased the product online. As an HR professional, I believe Briana has the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

I have had this card for over 13 years and never abused it! was distracted due to a death in my family (my fiancé ) i was late for the first time due to his illness I never been late and I was due to my personal distress. Fit well in my ears. They work well with my iPhone 17 and I don’t have to worry about keeping them charged!
