I love Apple products for the most part. The design and function are what you expect it to be. Stellar! What I don't like is the lifespan of the EarPods and the lighting cable. Whatever the plastic sheathing that covers the length of the body always wears out. Why aren't they using a better material? Especially for such a high price? This really is the only thing that gives me heartache. I shouldn't need to buy a new one so quickly. I hold my AirPods don't suffer the same from this lack of quality material as well.

Have bought these several times because my cat keeps chewing on the cord. When compared with other corded in-ear headphones, these are still hard to beat for sound and price. Would give them a 5 if cordless.

Doesn`t hurt the ear, perfect size, durable cable, good quality sound, easy to control the volume.

I bought these earbuds for my adult daughter. Her ear is smaller a n d therefore cannot use the Apple Airpods Pro. She loves the heads because they fit and stay in her ears. Not to mention they are comfortable.

As the standard headphones for the iPhone, I find that it meets my needs. To me, I think it's good sound quality and fits well in my ear. I know not everyone will say the same. Of course, the fact that you have to use this via the lightning port is frustrating, but I understand why Apple removed the headphone port.
