Great Air Pods! Sound is awesome, and has enough volume for an old guy. Easy to use and place in ears, they hold tight while working out and running - even with sweat. They are a little difficult to clean in the charger base, but Q-tips have been helpful. I have 2 pairs, one for running and one for working due to the dirty environment. The batteries last about 3-4 hours, so I alternate L / R ears to go 7 or so hours on one charge. Music is clear and precise. Phone and texts come across with ease, easy to answer and return calls and texts with no hands - I love it. I would definitely recommend these for everyone!!

Not a apple user but these ear buds are awesome. Sound quality is excellent. Noise cancelling technology is just that it blocks out all outside noise for listening enjoyment. They fit nicely in the ears with hours of use with no discomfort at. Once in my ear that's exactly where they stayed.

Different than traditional AirPods these Pros take a little getting used to as far as fit and function. The noise cancelling ability is amazing. Getting used to the pass through sound feature is a little different but works well. They are exceptionally good as preserving power. They work for about 6 hours on a charge, don't deplete themselves if left on the table overnight and charge up quite fast.They are also very good at automatically switching apple devices depending on which one you are using. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

As someone who’s pretty active and always outdoors i wanted to make sure i had ear buds that stayed in as a moved around. This do the trick with the 3 additional size fit cups they come with. Also the battery on these last very long. I get through a whole workout sesh and 8 hour work day without these dying. The sound quality could be a little better but definitely an improvement from the last generation. And the noise cancellation feature is amazing. Def helps keeping out loud machinery sounds and airplane noise.

I've had these for about a month and so far so good. The sound quality is great compared to regular headphones. The battery life & connectivity is good. My only issue was that the packaging was very dirty but it had all the accessories including the charging wire and different size air buds. For this reason only I took off 1 star.

I love these air pods. Significant improvement over the prior. Very happy with them. One fell out of my ear—you do have to watch that—bounced off the dock and into the ocean. Apple covered it and sent me a new left one! How awesome is that? They charge quickly, work with my PC and get me thru an entire day of Teams meetings.

I thought the first gens were amazing and saw that these had a couple of upgrades and they really make them better with the longer battery life, better noise cancellation and also easier to find with the case having a speaker now!!

The physical product itself was delivered in amazing condition. No original box but with the original accessories. The M size ear tips were not included (I think because of the usage). The only problem and kind of a big one is that the airpods are still connected/mixed to the original previous owner, so I had to call Apple support to make an update to the purchase data and the find my location. If you have time to make the call and some technical steps, then you are good to go with this refurbished option :)

The refurbished pair that I received are in great condition and works as expected. I didn’t mind grabbing ones that use a lighting case, as I have plenty of lighting cables to use. Though they are in great condition, the medium and large ear tips were missing from the packaging. I managed to go to a nearby Apple Store to get replacements.

I got these AirPods Pro 2 refurbished, and while they work great, the condition wasn't perfect. The package came with a non-Apple USB-C cable (while these were Lightning), and while the ear tips were unused, the pods themselves looked a little beat up. The case had a lot of scratches, likely from daily use, but since I bought a protective case anyway, it didn’t really bother me because it was covered. I gave them a good clean, and they paired with my phone without much trouble, though they were already paired to a previous device. Despite the cosmetic issues, they sound just as good as you’d expect from AirPods Pro, so I’m happy with them overall. I had AirPods Pro 1st gen and always had a crackling noise. These Gen 2's work and sound so much better. If you don’t mind a few scratches and scuffs, getting these refurbished can save you some money.

Sound quality is great, but my issue was buying through GeekSquad refurbished. All original parts and accessories were supposed to be included, according to BestBuy, but mine came with missing (medium) ear tips so I couldn’t wear them. It also had bits of dust and dirt from previous person despite being “thoroughly cleaned” through the program. Manager said nothing could be done except exchange for refurbished (no guarantee that it won’t happen again), buy more ear tips, or buy new which defeats the purpose.

First i dont have an Iphone. I got these for a feiend but they didnt need them. So i just kept them. I pair it woth my Samsung phone. Which was not a problem at all. The sound is amazing! I was surprisingly shocked. But as far as the talking part, prople have a real hard time hearing me.

I enjoyed the features they had to offer like the set of different sizes to fit each individual perfectly. Love how you can basically do everytjing with the just the touch of the airpod. Adjust the volume, control of music selection (start, pause, replay). You can also set them to lower the volume automatically when you began to speak. I absolutely loved both pairs of airpod pros I purchased. Too bad I cant seem to be responsible enough to not have lost them both.

The Apple airpod pros 2nd gen was in perfect condition. Sounds great. Did not come with original packaging but came everything else. Highly recommended
