Super pleased with these. Sound is perfectly fine for my needs (just commuting and the occasional call, nothing crazy) and the noise canceling is life changing. You’d never know they were refurbished. Packaging came with all the ear tips and charger. Paired with my phone immediately and battery life hasn’t been an issue.

They work and sound great, I mostly use them for work, i bought these since the normal AirPods would hurt the inside of my ears with its hard plastic, the gummy bits do help a lot and i feel no discomfort whatsoever.

I got these airpods a few weeks ago, and they have been working perfectly. The connection is stable, the fit is right, and the quality of audio is great. I really appreciate the noise chance feature. I was working on an assignment at a HS football game, and heard nothing outside of my earbuds

Still have these and still use them. Being that they're refurbished I'm surprised they've lasted this long. Still hold power, and still can charge wirelessly. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent noice cancellation and a very comfortable fit. Two things that made me return them though. Touch controls weren't intuitive, and they didn't feel super secure in my ears. Otherwise, excellent sound quality.

I was pretty skeptical in the beginning about buying this, but these AirPods are 100% real and 100% worth it. I’ve had multiple pairs a regular AirPods but these are just so much better and worth it for the price

This is a killer product – blows away other earbuds I've used and adds extra features I didn't know I needed. The were refurbished so the price was very attractive and they were indistinguishable from brand new. Sound is startlingly good. Recommend finding 3rd-party earpieces that work for you, as the factory-supplied give me fatigue after 15-20 minutes. Memory foam style works great.

I’ve had a rough year so far and my daughters birthday is in April, I knew she wanted the new AirPod pro’s 2nd generation so I bought a refurbished pair and she loves them. She knew we were having troubles financially so she prepared herself on not receiving any gifts. I picked her up and when I gave them to her in a bag her eyes lit up. She was so surprised and told me thank you an endless amount of times. She also told me she didn’t want anything and that if I needed the money to bring them back. She’s 16. So I told her we’re going to be okay and she never has to worry about us financially bc we’ll always be okay and I’ll forever make sure we have what we need. I wanted to make sure she got at least one thing she really wanted. I ask her here and there if she likes them and how are they working and she says they’re just fine and she loves them. So thank you Best Buy! I wasn’t able to give her a big sweet 16 party but with your help I was able to give her the one thing she really wished for (:

The AirPods themselves were in good shape, but the case had like 1 big scratch on it and 2 dents in it. Not super disappointed but my other gen 1 AirPod pros have never had a case on them, I’ve had them for 3-4 years and not a single dents, just very minimum scratches from avg wear and tear. Probably worth getting brand new ones just on sale, either way great price, great sound, extra tips(including xs tips), and awesome tracking(like way better and easier to find them on find my)

Love Them Beautiful Sound And Noise Cancellation lasting charge

Comfortable, but seem to make my ear canals tired after several hours. Also, I am no longer hearing sounds from my Macbook Pro when they're put away and Bluetooth is off (and yes, I've checked the Sounds settings). They do have superb noise cancellation. Not as good as Bose over-the-ear, but good enough that I can't hear my fiance on the phone 25' away.

I received these air pods in a different box, but the air pods worked great and came in great condition. They connected quickly to the iphone with no problem. The sound is clear, there are no scratches and they're legit. I am happy with my purchase and the condition it came in.

I got these for my 14-year-old grandson. He uses them every day. They have been a good buy I’m very happy and so is he. Best Buy makes it very easy to purchase items that are good quality for good pricing

I upgraded from gen 1 because I heard that these had improvements that were worth getting. I haven’t personally heard anything different, nor have I experienced a noticeable change in noise cancellation. They are good headphones, but don’t offer enough improvement to be worth spending the money until you’re ready to get new ones anyways. I have had no issues with the refurbished ones once I received the correct version. (The first pair I received were in a 2nd gen box, but were clearly 1st gen AirPods. Best Buy swapped them out for me, though I only got a generic box for them instead of the Apple branded box. Not a big deal to me.)

So glad to be back to Apple AirPods.. I tried knockoffs but they did not compare- They are truly noise cancelling and fit wonderfully!

Although these were a refurbished pair. They did not seem like it. They worked well. Sounds is awesome, charge lasts a long time. Great noise cancellation! I usually just use one so I can be aware of my surroundings.
