    It was actually a good deal, but wish it was cheaper. For $200 more I could've have bought a a new 15 Pro Max, but It's ok. Its still a good phone and I love the 12 interest free payments, so in that sense I saved money. And the phone works great!

    Phone came dirty and with scratches on screen. Came with incorrect charging cord. Battery life sucks @ 86%.

    I had been needing an upgrade for quite some time so when I saw that there was a special offer for a certified refurbished device I jumped on it. The phone is in almost mint condition with one tiny superficial scratch on the screen one scuff on the corner of the aluminum siding and body and battery are perfect. Battery health is at 100 percent and everything works exactly as it should. Getting a refurbished phone is no longer a worry because of how great this experience has been.

    The product arrived as I expected. The only detail is that the battery % is not reported with the reconditioned one. For the rest, everything is fine!!!

    Got this for my husband, old iPhone 13 to small and not enough storage so went with a 14 max pro he absolutely loves it and doesn’t need glasses to see his text or work the phone.

    Talked to AT&T. Phone was still locked to AT&T due to still being under a payment plan. Unable to find out how long payment was on phone yet due to not knowing account number phone HAD BEEN associated with. Was suggested to return to Best Buy to avoid phone getting black listed.

    Purchased an unlocked AT&T iPhone 14 Pro Max in April 2024 , added it to my line fine come six months later I try to upgrade the phone and the phone is now showing black listed the previous owner of the phone must have reported it stolen, but some how Best Buy missed it or they planed it just right before reporting it . I’ve gone back and forth with Best Buy customer service over the phone and in store with geek squad sending me to AT&T and Apple but they didn’t sell me the phone Best Buy did they all told me it is out of their hands. I have yet to here back from Best Buy regarding the matter.
