    i bought this phone and the previews owner name still on the iphone so i could not use , bestbuy didn't want help so finally at and t helped me and opened a case for this phone and finally it works so be careful bestbuy will not help u.

    I was leary of buying a used one but the 6 plus I got was like new with no scratches, scuffs, or dings at all. It came with what looked like an unused headphone, charging cable, and adapter. I think it's still too pricey but that's the going price sadly. At least it's a few hundred dollars cheaper than a new one.

    The iPhone 6 Plus I received was bent. Yes, bent. Screen coming off of the chassis bent. Best Buy literally sold me a BENT iPhone. Unless you are getting a great discount, do not risk it with the preowned iPhones. These are not up to the standards a refurbished product from Apple sets.

    We received the phone and it looked great but after getting it set up the cellular data would not work. Took it to AT&T store and they said the phone was a dud. Starting the return process.
