    I loved the attention to customer by Best Buy they sold a refurbished iPhone 7Plus and when I reported it was missing the headphones and lightining to headphoen connector they immediately refunded the cost of these accessories.

    I bought this refurbished iPhone 7 Plus thought of the Best Buy.com website with the warranty. The microphone I speak into have been garbled since the day I opened it. I've been on the phone eight different times trying to get Service on the unit and that is a nightmare. Then to find a replacement refurbished iPhone 7 Plus is like crossing the Red Sea. I didn't open the phone for a week because I was out of town and that has bit me in the tail. I paid 669 and it looks like I will have to get the phone back and buy a new iPhone 7 Plus. So in summary the hours I've spent trying to get a refurbished phone fixed canceled all the savings I thought I was getting. It's not Best Buy's fault that I got a injured phone but the service after the sale has been overwhelming.

    I love this phone! It is such a great deal and it has no cosmetic damage at all. It came with the new adapeted earpods and charger. Getting it unlocked from at&t is super easy! I talked to this wonderful customer service representative and she helped me get it unlocked! It usually takes around 2 days to unlock but I didn't care since I got such a good deal buying this phone! I absolulty recommened this to anyone wanting an IPhone 7 plus! Mine even got to me 5 days earlier than predicted!

    The phone i received was in a really good condition. The only thing i have to complain about is that i had to purchase the earphones separately because they werent included. Other than that great purchase
