Overall it is a great laptop. I am very satisfied with it's functionality. I made the mistake of buying a Geek Squad Certified device, the original laptop they sent me would not charge. In order to get this corrected it took well over a week, multiple trips to stores and 10+ VERY LONG phone calls to get a new device shipped to me. The 2nd laptop works exactly as it is should but the enormous headache of dealing with the replacement was certainly not worth the nominal cost savings.

This is my 2nd MacBook. My old MacBook died after almost 10 years. This is much thinner and better quality than my 1st MacBook. It's refurbished but I don't have any issues. I take lots of photos and use MacAir to edit photos, so I chose 256GB memory. Great product. No complain. I recommend refurbished MacAir.

The laptop is similar to buying a new laptop. All the word "refurbished" means, according to what my friend told me, is that the company would check if there's anything wrong with the product and sell it for a cheaper price. Also, if you found out that there's something wrong with the Apple laptop, you can always go to Best Buy or the Apple store to get the laptop checked and fixed (if necessary).

The only issue I have with it is that sometimes it doesn't turn on right away even when it's fully charged. Sometimes it takes way too long and I just give up. It also didn't come with the apps like iMovie, GarageBand, etc. like it was supposed to but I called Apple to fix that.

I had to take the laptop to Apple to fix the problem of the computer shutting down when you unplugged the power cord. This should have been checked before selling it to me. Cost me time and had to do without the computer for several days. I probably won't buy open box again.

I love how light and fast my MacBook Air is. It's easy to carry around and less weight in my back pack!!!

I can't tell that it was refurbished, it works just like new. Good price too. Would recommend
