Nice MacBook, is fasts, complete and easy to install and easy to use

Great refurbished product, with barely any blemishes. Charged the battery and was setting up and using after 1 hour. Delivered quickly in time as was quoted. Very happy with the quality and price!! Would consider purchasing other refurbished Apple products from BestBuy in the future. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in less expensive quality Apple products. Thank you very much!!!

I wish I had read the reviews and did a little more research in ny haste to purchase this and get it shipped to my daughter at college. I thought I was getting a great deal “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished” but as many others have mentioned, the charger that was sent with the laptop was incorrect! I chatted with tech-support as well as called and spoke to someone and basically was told “oh well that’s what happens sometimes and there is nothing they can or will do. The options offered to me were to return the item to Best Buy to see if they can exchange it or just give me a refund. Obviously this is not acceptable because my daughter is away at college and I believe he said 13 days from the day I received it to even do this. So now I have to purchase and ship a new charger, which is not horrible, it’s just an inconvenience. Will definitely be more diligent next time.I hope the laptop actually works!

They sent wrong charger so we have no idea how it operates as we have to find a charger that will fit. They do not carry in store and they cant help.in store.

Works great, no issues. Had a little dirt on it but wiped it right off everything else looked brand new aside from a bit of dirt. Was just what my college kid needed

This Macbook looks and functions just like a new one at a fraction of the cost. I couldn't be more pleased and I plan to purchase more refurbished Apple products from Best Buy.

The laptop was fine but the service was horrible. They order a 2023 and they sent a 2017 they told me to take it to a store to exchange it and they send in a week they would send me the right one. It came but they sent me the wrong charger and told me to take it back to the store and all I ask for was a 100 dollar gift card and they said no

Brought this for my daughter, who loves it. She’s able to do her homework and play games.

I ordered online as a present. It was supposed to be the 2023 release. They sent me the wrong device. I was told I could exchange it in store at any store. I went to my nearest BB and they claimed I had to take it back to the store I purchased it from because they weren't willing to exchange it for the open box that they had and adjust the price. I drove 30 min to the store I had this one shipped to only for them to argue that I had the right device although it had been confirmed on the phone and at the other store that it was the wrong release. I used to work tech support for Apple so the fact that they were trying to argue with me was frustrating. I ended up going back to the store that was closer and just paying the difference because I had given the gift and it wasn't until they opened it that I found out it was the wrong device. I will never order online again they people in the store and online don't have a sense of urgency when they mess up and aren't much help at all. I ended up spending more money to fix the issue myself. I'll stick with buying new and out of the store or just going to the Apple store.

I bought this laptop for my son to use at College. He’s had no problems navigating the operating system, syncing it to his phone, or streaming movies. I think it’s a great investment for any college student who needs a device.
