I received the first laptop and it was only 256 GB hard drive. I returned the original laptop and they insured me that I would receive the proper item that I paid for. I received another laptop that was 256 GB hard drive instead of 512 as advertised it as I paid for, said they were sending the proper item again for the third time and never sent anything. they lied to me three separate times and I’m returning this one and never shopping here again!

In my opinion I feel like I could’ve made a better purchase if I knew more about computers but overall it was an okay purchase for the deal I got.

I bought this as a gift to my brother who lives abroad. And he was so satisfied with it. Functions well.

my laptop arrived very quickly working great so far

The refurbished laptop looks to be in good condition, but it continues to glitch and restart. We have only been able to use it for internet browsing, and yet still experience these issues. We are experienced Mac owners and are not able to make this work to any sort of decent user experience. We have purchased many refurbished Macs before, but this one is un-usable and will need to go to the trash.

Relied upon "Geek Squad certified" to buy refurbished laptop. When setting up received message that battery needed servicing. Took to local Apple Store and they ran diagnostics and confirmed battery was failing and needed to be replaced. Bought new laptop from Apple and returned laptop lemon to Best Buy. Was Geek Squad just incompetent or did they knowingly certify a piece of junk?

We received a laptop that had not been wiped. It still had the previous owner's information, and we were not able to use it. We took it back to Best Buy, and they said there was nothing they could do and advised us to go to an Apple Store. We called Apple who sent us back to Best Buy. Long story short...we returned it.

Works well! My kid needs it for college and he got all His apps and Classes on it now

Got this computer in July and it stopped working well by November. It is so slow that you can't do anything on it now and battery doesn't charge. Only lasted 4 months. Wish I bought from another site that gives a 1 year free warranty on refurbished computers.

Got it as a gift for my daughter and she loves it!

Worked just over 6 months and now it will not turn do anything but a reboot cycle, Such a waste of money buying geek squad certified, they do not even provide a full year warranty. Just spend the extra and buy new or you will likely be buying it twice

Computer was an incredible buy. Everything works perfectly.

Gave this to our daughter and she loves it for watching movies, editing photos and doing homework on it. The battery so far seems to be holding up and lasting long time and screen quality is perfect.

Its been two days since I got it and the battery life only lasts for 4 hours.Its sad because I need it to keep up with my long school days.

Works great. Prior to this purchase, we bought two different refurbished identical laptops from Amazon, and both came with massive problems. This one did not.

Good product overall. But after a week the LCD display gave me blue screen.
