Computer was an incredible buy. Everything works perfectly.

Gave this to our daughter and she loves it for watching movies, editing photos and doing homework on it. The battery so far seems to be holding up and lasting long time and screen quality is perfect.

Works great. Prior to this purchase, we bought two different refurbished identical laptops from Amazon, and both came with massive problems. This one did not.

Its been two days since I got it and the battery life only lasts for 4 hours.Its sad because I need it to keep up with my long school days.

Worked just over 6 months and now it will not turn do anything but a reboot cycle, Such a waste of money buying geek squad certified, they do not even provide a full year warranty. Just spend the extra and buy new or you will likely be buying it twice

Good product overall. But after a week the LCD display gave me blue screen.

Laptop arrived with dents, scratches and cracks. I went ahead and purchased a brand new Macbook instead. I could not believe that they sent me a laptop that was supposed to be in " Excellent" condition, in poor condition! Proceed with caution. However, the ordering process was simple.

I received it without charger and it has technical issues as it doesn't it keeps turning off ... i was very disappointed because i an a retuning customer and this is my third order of refurbished macbook air.

I am disheartened because Best Buy and FedEx seemed to have different communication channels. FedEx, on one hand, informed me that my item is still with the SHIPPER and I need to contact the company; on the other, Best Buy, through email informed me that it was delayed by FedEx. I was looking at the tracker; the blinking cursor is showing that it is in NJ. Please respect and be truthful to your customer.

I received the computer and it wasn’t accepting my iCloud. I had to return it twice. I just purchased a brand new one vs a refurbished one

What a fun Christmas morning for my son. Half the keys don’t work, some work but three different letters show up when you press, he’s having a great time.

Unfortunately, the refurbished laptop I bought for my wife doesn’t work properly however because I had the plus membership I was able to return it and purchase a new product. The folks at the geek squad we’re fantastic and very helpful

Tha mac book is working great, no issues it. It was in excellent condition with very minor scratch on the top of the book.

This product came on time, safely and securely, with absolutely no problems!

This product is so perfect. Navigating between sites and apps are very fast and easy. This product has great features. For instance I can search a web on my phone and transfer it to my Apple laptop. I love all Apple products. The product also has very good battery life and a fast charger.

Runs better than my previous Macbook, not sure if that's because of the newer parts or the solid state drive but overall great value.
