I love the laptop!! It is like brand new and I have never had a problem with it! I am a HP user and now that I have this laptop, I feel so completed and productive now that everything is super fast and clear. 10/10 condition and product!

I absolutely love my laptop. The screen is HUGE, very nice clean look to it. This PC does have all the bells and whistles one needs. Love the sreen mirror feature!

Be careful this 2024 Holiday season. I bought this Macbook Air 15” and recieved a Macbook Air 13”. I was advised that I could not return it to the store because the item is a refurbished item. Nor would they honor the price of the item with an item in like conditions shall I choose to buy it now. Then I was advised by a supervisor, I would lose out on the sale price because the item would no longer be on sale. Adam (one of many managers) at the Lincoln, NE O street location wouldn’t even take the time to hear me out. I wasn’t upset, I just wanted to know of any ongoing practices to help prevent this from happening, since I ordered the item instore for delivery to home through that specific location and want to order more since I’d be busy this holiday season. I was given an “I’m sorry” and no guarantee of when my funds will return or if they will due to an investigation into the incorrect item.. although Bestbuy confirmed the item originally belonged to them through a 6 day investigation using the serial number, model number, and inventory back log. I’m disappointed and S.O.L, but owell. You guys are taking an increased risk if you’re shopping online this 2024 Holiday season with Bestbuy, because an associate of Bestbuy explain that I am not the only person this has happened to within the 2nd week of November. Not sure if this was information used to relieve my stress or factual but my personal experience is factual not emotional. So again, be careful and Happy Holidays!

The screen display is beautiful, HD, and full of color.

These cabinets are beautiful. They match my tv stand perfectly. Time consuming to put together but my daughters got it done!

Great condition, only a couple of scratches. The laptop runs perfectly, exactly what I needed. Battery life is actually better than expected, especially with the larger screen. On screen color really pops in comparison to my previous daily user. (Coming from a Chromebook). All in all, very satisfied with my purchase.

Highly reccomended. Thin, light and feels solid. Fast, elegant and over all well made device. However I did return this to BestBuy because of a trade in technicality on the MacBook Pro I was trading it for. They returned it becuase it had more ram than the Sku device selected as a trade in LOL! So if you are looking to buy a MacBook with a trade in, go to Apple, not Best Buy. It’s much easier and they give you a better warranty on the refubished units.

I am very happy with my purchase. I did extensive research and comparison on geek squad vs apple refurb and very pleased with my purchase. The laptop is pretty much like-new. There’s no exterior scratches or even normal wear and tear. The battery health was superb at 97% and total cycle charge count was at 67 which is amazing given MacBook batteries are rated for 1,000 cycles before significant degradation. If you’re on the fence would totally recommend going for it!

Overall a great powerful machine! I use it daily for photo/ video editing and streaming, and with the 15in display it makes multitasking worth getting the bigger screen size!

I went from an i5 to an m2 processor. Running the regular stuff for work but also pro-presenter and this computer handles it great.

It was without damage work well it was almost as though it was brand new

Amazing machine. Came in perfect condition aside from the charging brick. Got it for $800. Definitely worth checking out refurbished and potentially saving a couple hundred bucks.

As a life-long PC user and amateur composer, I was tired of wrestling with the latency when I used my bluetooth MIDI keyboard and controller. Everyone suggested a Mac and they were right. Although the MacBook was an "open-box" item, it arrived on time with no visible scratches or other marks and it does the job. This is not our first time with Best Buy. We purchased all the appliances for our kitchen from Best Buy a few years ago.

Received like brand new, I bought this to replace my old 2018 dell inspiron 15.6'', I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
