First time owner, not first time user and I am really happy with this purchase. Almost completely flawless aesthetically and works great.

Bought this with thinking it would actually be a great laptop for my business to atleast try it out and see if I should buy a brand new one. Well not even two weeks in and the screen goes completely black. Can’t fix it and I live over 2 hrs away from a Best Buy. Tried reaching out the the geek squad and that was an absolute joke. Absolutely no help what so ever. Will not be recommending this device what so ever. Also when I bought this and looking in the info and specs I was told it’s a 2023 model and when I get it’s not even the 2023. So they definitely should be held accountable for lying to begin with. I have screen shot to show that as well. Do not buy would highly recommend going with something else.

An Excellent purchase. Looks and works like new. Previous 8th generation was stolen. This one works just as great although an older edition. Price was great.

The computer came in with a broken charger, broken screen, and the battery didn't charge after being plugged in for 12 hours. There was sticker stains on the computer. It was advertised under product specs as a 2023 13.3 inch and it was a 2017 13 inch. Absolute piece of junk. I returned it and I'll never buy a computer from best buy again. Highly highly disappointed.

Great laptop for the price! A few more imperfections than expected for “excellent” condition but regardless can’t complain with the computer I got for the price

It’s a very good deal in terms of quality and price of the product. Never had any issues in using at work and home. Might need some accessories to protect it and longer life.Also you can gift it or trade it in good price when you wish so. Overall very nice apple MacBook Pro experience and I would like to buy it again when I need it.

A bit disappointed for the price I paid at the time but it didn’t even last a year. The battery life was super short. Everything lagged when trying to open up. The laptop overheated when in use. When updated I got a black screen and the wheel of death. I couldn’t get into anything. I’ve honestly only used it a handful of times because I had just had my son. I guess can’t expect much from refurbished items.

Shipping was slow but once receive my device I was bit skeptical considering it is refurbished however, once I receive it I notice there was scratches, dents, and debris on the keyboard. Overall, the Mac itself seems to be working fine, I’ve only used few times, but am planning to make it my main laptop.

I purchased this for my son's birthday. He's a teenager so no reason to get a brand new one.. I assumed that "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" and the 90 day warranty would suffice to ensure that any issues we may have, would guarantee a fix. My son had it for less than 24 hours when he noticed that the space bar was coming off. I couldn't take it to Buy Immediately so i made an appointment. We were well within the 30 days of purchase and delivery when we were told that Geek Squad could not help with this repair at no cost. We were offered a refund and told we could just buy another refurbished one at $500 more than what we paid for this one. This is probably my last time purchasing a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished product and I am pretty disappointed in the quality inspection before putting these products up for sale. There should also be a list or disclaimer on what is included or excluded in this 90 day warranty.

Overall, average performance. The laptop has problems with connecting to internet at times, periods of jamming and indicating the battery is low after putting it on sleep.

Bought refurbished geek squad certified MacBook. Brought the laptop home it had 15% charge when we turned it on put it on the charger until 100%. As soon as it was unplugged from the charger it would drop charge fast. We took it back to the store we picked up from had it for less then 24 hrs. Geek squad @ Apple Glen said it had a failed battery. They wanted $300+ to replace the battery. I said you guys certified it worked as new before you sold it to me. It escalated to the geek squad manager he said yeah but we wont cover anything on it nor will apple its refurbished. I said so what does geek squad certified mean? He idk what they do to certify them, i said you are the manager how do you not know? They guy really could have cared less to help me with this i asked to return the item he agreed to it. Ill probably never buy geek squad certified items or any of the extra services they offer.

Works really well battery life is not 100% but still good only thing is charger came bent

It is a 2016 Macbook. The tracking does not update, so trying to return this thing was a NIGHTMARE. I don’t recommend it and the people at the BestBuy store didn’t recommend it either because Macbook really only work at the “peak” for about 7 years….

It would have been a 5 of 5 stars but, the product came loose, without a box.

The laptop was supposed to be a 2022 model, but they sent me a 2017 model. The laptop looked great with minor dents, but the machine itself is slow and the fan makes a lot of noise. I'm returning the laptop.
