I am incredibly unhappy and will be seeking a complete refund, and have already bought a new laptop from blackmarket, id recommend anyone else save your time and money and do the same. this should have been sold as a used laptop, in fair condition at BEST, shame on you Best Buy!!!

This MacBook was recommended to me by a friend & I could not be happier that I purchased it. I highly recommend this to anyone.
