    The computer looked beautiful and didn't even look used. My only complaint about it was it kept crashing and unfortunately I had to return it. I did however purchased an iMac which I love!!

    The MacBook Pro with Retina display lives up to its reviews. Excellent build quality, plenty of processing power for my non-work use. The value of Open Box and Geek Squad Certified at Best Buy is excellent. The MacBook had less than 10 battery cycles, so essentially a new machine at a substantial discount. Very pleased with this purchase.

    As IT professional my time is important. After troubleshooting for my employer, last thing I would want for myself is troubleshoot my own computer. Hence, I opted for Apple and with this laptop you can't go wrong.

    Mac is a great computer so much easier to use than a windows based pc and lasts much longer. I bought this to replace the one I have had over 10 years and have to my husband so that I could upgrade.

    I bought this computer refurbished, thinking that it would be pretty close to new. Came with the wrong charger so I had to buy an adapter, and most of the time the computer won't type. I either have to open it & close it a few times, or restart it-sometimes that will work, but most of the time it doesn't. I won't be buying a refurbished item again.
